كتاب السنة الخلال · 1-1- كتاب الطهارة ‹ فَقَالَ فِي الْفِتْنَةِ هَكَذَا , وَقَالَ : مَنْ أُرِيدَ مَالُهُ هَكَذَا فَهُوَ عِنْدِي قِتَالُ اللُّصُوصِ جَائِزٌ إِلاَّ فِي الْفِتْنَةِ. · حديث 217

217- أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الأَثْرَمُ , قَالَ : قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ : قَوْلُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : إِنِّي أَرَاكُمْ مِنْ وَرَاءِ ظَهْرِي , فَقَالَ : كَانَ يَرَى مِنْ خَلْفِهِ كَمَا يَرَى مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ , فَقُلْتُ لَهُ : إِنَّ إِنْسَانًا قَالَ لِي : هُوَ فِي هَذَا مِثْلُ غَيْرِهِ , إِنَّمَا كَانَ يَرَاهُمْ كَمَا يَنْظُرُ الإِمَامُ إِلَى مَنْ عَنِ يَمِينِهِ , وَعَنْ شِمَالِهِ , فَأَنْكَرَ ذَلِكَ إِنْكَارًا شَدِيدًا.

قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَوْلُ النَّبِيِّ إِنِّي أَرَاكُمْ مِنْ وَرَاءِ ظَهْرِي ← أَبُو بَكْرٍ الأَثْرَمُ ← محمد بن علي

218- وَأَخْبَرَنِي الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ , أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا حَدَّثَهُمْ قَالَ : سُئِلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ تَفْسِيرِ قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : إِنِّي أَرَاكُمْ مِنْ وَرَاءِ ظَهْرِي , فَقَالَ : كَانَ يَرَى مِنْ خَلْفِهِ , قِيلَ : أَفَلَيْسَ هَذَا لَهُ خَاصٌّ ؟ قَالَ : بَلَى.

بَلٰی ← كَانَ يَرَى مِنْ خَلْفِهِ قِيلَ أَفَلَيْسَ هَذَا لَهُ خَاصٌّ ← تَفْسِيرِ قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ إِنِّي أَرَاكُمْ مِنْ وَرَاءِ ظَهْرِي ← سُئِلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ← الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا

219- وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي هَارُونَ , أَنَّ إِسْحَاقَ بْنَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَهُمْ قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ حَدِيثِ النَّبِيِّ , صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : (تَرَاصُّوا , فَإِنِّي أَرَاكُمْ مِنْ خَلْفِي كَمَا أَرَاكُمْ مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيَّ) , مَا تَفْسِيرُهُ ؟ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ : يَرَاهُمْ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ خَلْفِهِ كَمَا يَرَاهُمْ مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ , قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ : {وَتَقَلُّبَكَ فِي السَّاجِدِينَ} , هَذَا تَفْسِيرُهُ.

فِعْلِ النَّبِيِّ لَهُ خَاصٌّ. ← كَتَبْتُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَسْأَلُهُ عَمَّا رُوِيَ ← مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ أَنَّ الْفَضْلَ

221- وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحٌ , وَهَذَا لَفْظُهُ , قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ أَبِي عَمَّا يُرْوَى مِنْ فِعْلِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَهُ خَاصٍّ , مَا هُوَ يَكُونُ مِثْلَ النَّوْمِ وَالصَّفِيِّ , مَا مَعْنَاهُ , مِنَ الأَفْعَالِ مِمَّا لَمْ يَفْعَلْهُ غَيْرُهُ ؟ قَالَ : مِثْلَ مَا أُبِيحَ لَهُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ , مَاتَ عَنْ تِسْعٍ , وَتَزَوَّجَ أَرْبَعَ عَشْرَةَ , وَقَالَ : تَنَامُ عَيْنَايَ وَلاَ يَنَامُ قَلْبِي وَكَانَ يَصْطَفِي مِنَ الْمَغْنَمِ.

صَالِحٌ وَهَذَا لَفْظُهُ ← محمد بن علي

222- أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ , أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ مُوسَى حَدَّثَهُمْ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ : مَا مَعْنَى قَوْلِ الشَّعْبِيِّ : سَهْمُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَالصَّفِيُّ ؟ قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَصْطَفِي مِنَ الْغَنِيمَةِ.

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ يَصْطَفِي مِنَ الْغَنِيمَةِ. ← أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مَا مَعْنَى قَوْلِ الشَّعْبِيِّ سَهْمُ النَّبِيِّ وَالصَّفِيُّ ← الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ مُوسَى

223- أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحٌ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لأَبِيهِ : حَدِيثُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : تَنَامُ عَيْنَايَ , وَلاَ يَنَامُ قَلْبِي قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خُصَّ بِهَذَا , كَانَ إِذَا نَامَ لَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ , وَقَالَ : تَنَامُ عَيْنَايَ , وَلاَ يَنَامُ قَلْبِي.

تَنَامُ عَیْنَایَ وَلَا یَنَامُ قَلْبِیْ ← كَانَ النَّبِيُّ خُصَّ بِهَذَا كَانَ إِذَا نَامَ لَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ ← لأَبِيهِ حَدِيثُ النَّبِيِّ تَنَامُ عَيْنَايَ وَلاَ يَنَامُ قَلْبِي ← صَالِحٌ أَنَّهُ ← محمد بن علي

224- أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ الْحَرْبِيُّ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سِقْلاَبٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْخُوَارِزْمِيُّ , قَالَ : قِيلَ لأَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ : قَوْلُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : تَنَامُ عَيْنَايَ , فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَ مَسْأَلَةِ صَالِحٍ سَوَاءً.

مِثْلَ مَسْأَلَةِ صَالِحٍ سَوَاءً. ← قِيلَ لأَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ قَوْلُ النَّبِيِّ تَنَامُ عَيْنَايَ ← يوسف بن عبد الله الخوارزمي ← إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سِقْلاَبٍ ← مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ الْحَرْبِيُّ ← مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ

225- وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحٌ , أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ أَبَاهُ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ الَّتِي وَهَبَتْ نَفْسَهَا لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , تَزَوَّجَهَا ؟ قَالَ : فِيهِ اخْتِلاَفٌ , أَمَّا مُجَاهِدٌ فَكَانَ يَقُولُ : إِنْ وَهَبَتْ , أَيْ لَمْ تَهِبْ.

إِنْ وَهَبَتْ أَيْ لَمْ تَهِبْ. ← فِيهِ اخْتِلاَفٌ أَمَّا مُجَاهِدٌ فَكَانَ ← الْمَرْأَةِ الَّتِي وَهَبَتْ نَفْسَهَا لِلنَّبِيِّ تَزَوَّجَهَا ← صَالِحٌ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ أَبَاهُ ← وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ

هُوَ الَّذِي يُقْتَبَسُ مِنْهُ كُلُّ خَيْرٍ. ← الْجَفْنَةِ الْغَرَّا ← سَأَلْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ سَوَّارٍ ← فِطْرُ بْنُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ ← وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ

227- أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ , أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ أَبَاهُ عَنْ هَذِهِ الأَشْعَارِ الَّتِي فِي كِتَابِ الْمَغَازِي , كِتَابِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ فِيهَا أَشْعَارُ تَنَقُّصٍ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , مِمَّا قَالَ لَهُ الْكُفَّارُ , فِي الْقَصِيدَةِ الْبَيْتَ وَالْبَيْتَيْنِ , وَأَقَلَّ وَأَكْثَرَ , قَالَ : تُمْحَى أَشَدَّ الْمَحْوِ.

228- أَخْبَرَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ هَارُونَ , قَالَ : قُلْتُ لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ : أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ إِيشْ كَتَبَ مِنْ شِعْرِ الْمَغَازِي ؟ قَالَ : مَا هَجَا الْمُسْلِمُونَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ , وَلَمْ يَكْتُبْ هِجَاءَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ.

مَا هَجَا الْمُسْلِمُونَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَلَمْ يَكْتُبْ هِجَاءَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ. ← مِنْ شِعْرِ الْمَغَازِي ← قُلْتُ لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ إِيشْ ← عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ هَارُونَ
