حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي جَدِّي، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الزَّنْجِيُّ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَطَاءٌ: «لَمَّا دَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَكَّةَ لَمْ يَلْوِ وَلَمْ يُعَرِّجْ، وَلَمْ يَبْلُغْنَا أَنَّهُ دَخَلَ بَيْتًا وَلَا لَوَى لِشَيْءٍ، وَلَا عَرَجَ فِي حَجَّتِهِ هَذِهِ وَفِي عُمَرِهِ كُلِّهَا حَتَّى دَخَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ، وَلَمْ يَصْنَعْ شَيْئًا وَلَا رَكَعَ حَتَّى بَدَا بِالْبَيْتِ فَطَافَ بِهِ، وَهَذَا أَجْمَعُ فِي حَجَّتِهِ وَعُمَرِهِ كُلِّهَا»

قَالَ عَطَاءٌ: «فَمَنْ قَدِمَ مُعْتَمِرًا فَدَخَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ لِأَنْ يَطُوفَ فِي وَقْتِ صَلَاةٍ لَا يُمْنَعُ فِيهِ الطَّوَافُ، فَلَا يُصَلِّ تَطَوُّعًا حَتَّى يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ سَبْعًا» [ص:115] قَالَ: «وَإِنْ وَجَدَ النَّاسَ فِي الْمَكْتُوبَةِ فَصَلَّى مَعَهُمْ، فَلَا أُحِبُّ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ بَعْدَهَا شَيْئًا حَتَّى يَطُوفَ» قَالَ عَطَاءٌ: «وَإِنْ جَاءَ قَبْلَ الصَّلَوَاتِ كُلِّهِنَّ قُبَيْلَ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ فَلَا يَجْلِسْ وَلَا يَنْتَظِرْهَا، لِيَطُفْ» قَالَ: فَإِنْ قَطَعَ الْإِمَامُ عَلَيْهِ طَوَافَهُ أَتَمَّ بَعْدَهُ " قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَلَا أَرْكَعُ قَبْلَ تِلْكَ الصَّلَاةِ إِنْ لَمْ أَكُنْ رَكَعْتُ؟ قَالَ: «لَا، إِلَّا الصُّبْحَ» قَالَ: «فَإِنْ جِئْتَ قَبْلَهَا وَلَمْ تَكُنْ رَكَعْتَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ فَارْكَعْهُمَا وَطُفْ؛ مِنْ أَجْلِ أَنَّهُمَا أَعْظَمُ شَأْنًا مِنْ غَيْرِهِمَا مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ قَبْلَ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ» قَالَ عَطَاءٌ: «وَإِنْ جِئْتُ مَغَارِبَ الشَّمْسِ طُفْتُ وَلَمْ أَنْتَظِرْ غُيُوبَ الشَّمْسِ بِطَوَافِي، ثُمَّ لَمْ أُصَلِّ حَتَّى اللَّيْلِ» وَهُوَ يُشَدِّدُ فِي تَأْخِيرِ الطَّوَافِ بِالْبَيْتِ جِدًّا قَالَ: «لَا تُؤَخِّرْهُ إِلَّا لِحَاجَةٍ، إِمَّا لِوَجَعٍ وَإِمَّا لِحِصَارٍ» قَالَ: «فَإِذَا دَخَلْتَ الْمَسْجِدَ فَسَاعَتَئِذٍ فَطُفْ حِينَ تَدْخُلُ» قُلْتُ لَهُ: إِنِّي رُبَّمَا دَخَلْتُ عَشِيَّةً، فَأَحْبَبْتُ أَنْ أُؤَخِّرَهُ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ قَالَ: «لَا يُؤَخِّرْهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يُمْنَعَ إِنْسَانٌ الطَّوَافَ، فَيُصَلِّيَ تَطَوُّعًا إِنْ بَدَا لَهُ» قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: الْمَرْأَةُ تَقْدُمُ نَهَارًا حَرَامًا إِنْ كَانَتْ لَا تَخْرُجُ بِالنَّهَارِ قَالَ: «مَا أُبَالِي إِنْ كَانَتْ مَسْتُورَةً أَنْ تُؤَخِّرَ طَوَافَهَا إِلَى اللَّيْلِ»

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي جَدِّي، عَنِ الزَّنْجِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَطَاءٌ: " فَخَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ بَابِ بَنِي مَخْزُومٍ إِلَى الصَّفَا قَالَ: فَبَلَغَنِي أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُسْنِدُ فِيهِمَا قَلِيلًا فِي الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ غَيْرَ كَثِيرٍ، فَيَرَى مِنْ ذَلِكَ الْبَيْتَ " قَالَ: وَلَمْ يَكُنْ حِينَئِذٍ هَذَا الْبُنْيَانُ قُلْتُ لَهُ: أَوَصَفَ ذَلِكَ لَكَ، وَسَمَّى حَيْثُ كَانَ يَبْلُغُ ذَلِكَ؟ قَالَ: لَا، إِلَّا كَذَلِكَ، كَانَ يُسْنِدُ فِيهِمَا قَلِيلًا كَيْفَ تَرَى الْآنَ قَالَ: «كَذَلِكَ أَسْنَدَ فِيهِمَا» قُلْتُ: أَفَلَا أُسْنِدَ حَتَّى أَرَى الْبَيْتَ؟ قَالَ: لَا، ثُمَّ إِلَّا أَنْ تَشَاءَ غَيْرَ مَرَّةٍ قَالَ: ذَلِكَ لِي، فَأَمَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ حَقًّا عَلَيْكَ فَلَا , وَلَمْ يُخْبِرْنِي أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَبْلُغُ الْمَرْوَةَ الْبَيْضَاءَ , قَالَ: كَانَ يُسْنِدُ فِيهِمَا قَلِيلًا، وَلَا يَبْلُغُ ذَلِكَ
