Musnad Imam Shafi

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ: أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عَنِ اسْتِكْرَاءِ الأَرْضِ بِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ، فَقَالَ: لا بَأْسَ بِهِ.

Malik, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, told us on the authority of Saeed bin Al-Musayyib: He asked about the consumption of the land by gold and said nothing.

اسْتِكْرَاءِ الأَرْضِ بِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ، فَقَالَ: لا بَأْسَ بِهِ. ← سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ: أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ ← ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، ← مَالِكٍ،

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ شَبِيهًا بِهِ.

Malik told us, about Hisham Bin Arwa, about his father likening it to him.

أَبِيهِ شَبِيهًا بِهِ. ← هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، ← مَالِكٍ،

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ بِمِثْلِهِ.

Malik, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, told us about Salem's likeness.

سَالِمٍ بِمِثْلِهِ. ← ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، ← مَالِكٍ،

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَشْتَرِطُ عَلَى الَّذِي يَكْرِيهِ أَرْضَهُ أَلا يَعُرَّهَا، وَذَلِكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدَعَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ الْكِرَى. أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرُّهُونِ وَالإِجَارَاتِ، وَالْخَامِسَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الدَّعَاوِي وَالْبَيِّنَاتِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِلْيَهُودِ حِينَ افْتَتَحَ خَيْبَرَ: «أُقِرُّكُمْ عَلَى مَا أَقَرَّكُمُ اللَّهُ عَلَى أَنَّ الثَّمَرَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ» ، فَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَبْعَثُ ابْنَ رَوَاحَةَ فَيَخْرُصُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُمْ. ثُمَّ يَقُولُ: إِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ وَإِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَلِي.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Malik from Ibn Shihab from Ibn Musayyib: that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, said to the Jews when opened Khyber: «Oqrkm on what God Oqrkm that fruit between us and you», was the Messenger of Allah Upon him and peace send the son of Rawaha, so he will keep between him and them. Then he says: If you want, then you will.

ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، ← ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، ← مَالِكٍ، ← الشَّافِعِیُّ

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِيَهُودِ خَيْبَرَ حِينَ افْتَتَحَ خَيْبَرَ: «أُقِرُّكُمْ مَا أَقَرَّكُمُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَلَى أَنَّ التَّمْرَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ» ، قَالَ: فَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَبْعَثُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ رَوَاحَةَ فَيَخْرُصُ عَلَيْهِمْ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ: إِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ وَإِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَلِي، فَكَانُوا يَأْخُذُونَهُ.

Tell us Malik from Ibn Shihab from Said ibn al-Musayyib, may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him to the Jews of Khyber said while opening the Khyber: «Oqrkm What Oqrkm God that dates between us and you», he said, was the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him And he sends a slave of worship to Abdullah Bin Rawahah, so he will keep their hands on them. Then he says: If you like it, then if you like it, then so be it.

سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، ← ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، ← مَالِكٍ،

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَبْعَثُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ رَوَاحَةَ فَيَخْرُصُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ يَهُودَ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، وَالثَّانِيَ وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الزَّكَاةِ.

Malik, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, told us about Solomon Ibn Yasar: that the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, used to sell. He included the first in the book of the difference of Malik and Shafi’i, and the second and third of the book of Zakat.

سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، ← ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، ← مَالِكٍ،

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَهَنَ دِرْعَهُ عِنْدَ أَبِي الشَّحْمِ الْيَهُودِيِّ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي ظَفَرَ.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us happy, the son of Greg, Jafar ibn Muhammad, from his father: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him under his shield when my father Jewish fat man of the sons of the nail.

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: رَهَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دِرْعَهُ عِنْدَ أَبِي الشَّحْمِ الْيَهُودِيِّ.

Abd al-Aziz ibn Muhammad al-Darwadi told us about Ja`far ibn Muhammad, on the authority of his father, who said: The Messenger of God, may God’s peace be upon him, pledged

رَهَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ دِرْعَهُ عِنْدَ أَبِي الشَّحْمِ الْيَهُودِيِّ. ← أَبِيهِ ← جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ← عَبْدُ الْعَزِیزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدَّرَاوَرْدِیُّ

أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَغَيْرُهُ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَهَنَ دِرْعَهُ عِنْدَ أَبِي الشَّحْمِ الْيَهُودِيِّ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرَّهْنِ، وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرُّهُونِ وَالإِجَارَاتِ.

Ibrahim bin Muhammad, and others, told us about Ja`far bin Muhammad, on the authority of his father: that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. Take out the first from the book of sale, the second from the book of mortgages, and the third from the book of mortgages and leases.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا يَغْلَقُ الرَّهْنُ الرَّهْنَ مِنْ صَاحِبِهِ الَّذِي رَهَنَهُ، لَهُ غُنْمُهُ وَعَلَيْهِ غُرْمُهُ» . قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: غُنْمُهُ: زِيَادَتُهُ، وَغُرْمُهُ: هَلاكُهُ وَنَقْصُهُ.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Mohammed bin Ismail bin Abi Vedic, Ibn Abi wolf, Ibn Shihab from Said ibn al-Musayyib, may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said: «not mortgage closes the mortgage from the owner, who His bond, he has his sheep, and he has his fine. Al-Shafi’i said: His sheep: his increase, and his fine: his loss and shortage.

سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، ← ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، ← ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ← مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ، ← الشَّافِعِیُّ

أَخْبَرَنَا الثِّقَةُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي أُنَيْسَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ مِثْلَهُ أَوْ مِثْلَ مَعْنَاهُ لا يُخَالِفُهُ.

Confidence told us, on the authority of Yahya ibn Abi Anisa, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Ibn al-Musayyib, on the authority of Abu Hurayrah, may God be pleased with him.
