Musnad Imam Shafi

وَبِهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّهُ اشْتَرَى رَاحِلَةً بِأَرْبَعِ أَبْعِرَةٍ مَضْمُونَةٍ عَلَيْهِ بِالرَّبَذَةِ. أَخْرَجَ الْخَمْسَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ، وَالسَّادِسَ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ.

It was narrated that Ibn Omar said: He bought a traveler with four bonds, with him secured in Rabza. Take the five hadiths out of the Book of Sale, and the sixth in the Book of the Difference of Malik and al-Shafi’i.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ أَبِي بَزَّةَ، قَالَ: قَدِمْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ، فَوَجَدْتُ جَزُورًا قَدْ جُزِرَتْ فَجُزِّئَتْ أَجْزَاءً، كُلُّ جُزْءٍ مِنْهَا بِعَنَاقٍ، فَأَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَبْتَاعَ مِنْهَا جُزْءًا، فَقَالَ لِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ يُبَاعَ حَيٌّ بِمَيِّتٍ، قَالَ: فَسَأَلْتُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلِ، فَأُخْبِرْتُ عَنْهُ خَيْرًا.

الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ أَبِي بَزَّةَ ← ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، ← مُّسْلِمٍ ← الشَّافِعِیُّ

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ صَالِحٍ مَوْلَى التَّوْءَمَةِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّهُ كَرِهَ بَيْعَ الْحَيَوَانِ بِاللَّحْمِ. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الصَّرْفِ.

Ibn Abi Yahya told us about the good of the twins, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, on the authority of Abu Bakr Al Siddiq, may God be pleased with him: Take the two hadiths out of the exchange book.

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ← صَالِحٍ مَوْلَى التَّوْءَمَةِ، ← ابْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى،

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَكْرَهُ بَيْعَ الصُّوفِ عَلَى ظَهْرِ الْغَنَمِ، وَاللَّبَنَ فِي ضُرُوعِ الْغَنَمِ إِلا بِكَيْلٍ. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ.

سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، ← موسى بن عبيدة ← سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، ← الشَّافِعِیُّ

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ شَبِيبِ بْنِ غَرْقَدَةَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ الْحَيَّ يُحَدِّثُونَ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الْجَعْدِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَعْطَاهُ دِينَارًا لِيَشْتَرِيَ لَهُ بِهِ شَاةً أَوْ أُضْحِيَةً، فَاشْتَرَى لَهُ شَاتَيْنِ، فَبَاعَ إِحْدَاهُمَا بِدِينَارٍ وَأَتَاهُ بِشَاةٍ وَدِينَارٍ، فَدَعَا لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بَيْعِهِ بِالْبَرَكَةِ، فَكَانَ لَوِ اشْتَرَى تُرَابًا لَرَبِحَ فِيهِ.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Sufian bin appointment, for Shabib bin Grkdh, he heard the neighborhood happen, Urwah bin Ja'd: that the Prophet, peace be upon him and gave him dinars to buy him with a sheep or a sacrifice, he bought his two sheep, he sold one denarius A sheep and a dinar came to him, and the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, called for him in the sale of him through the blessing, so there was no more Yeh.

عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الْجَعْدِ: ← الْحَيَّ يُحَدِّثُونَ، ← شَبِيبِ بْنِ غَرْقَدَةَ، أَنَّهُ ← سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، ← الشَّافِعِیُّ

قَالَ: وَقَدْ رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ غَيْرُ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ شَبِيبِ بْنِ غَرْقَدَةَ فَوَصَلَهُ وَيَرْوِيهِ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ بِهَذِهِ الْقِصَّةِ أَوْ مَعْنَاهَا. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرُّهُونِ وَالإِجَارَاتِ.

شَبِيبِ بْنِ غَرْقَدَةَ فَوَصَلَهُ وَيَرْوِيهِ ← وَقَدْ رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ غَيْرُ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ،

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنِ ابْنِ وَعْلَةَ الْمِصْرِيِّ: أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَمَّا يُعْصَرُ مِنَ الْعِنَبِ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَهْدَى رَجُلٌ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَاوِيَةَ خَمْرٍ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ حَرَّمَهَا؟» . فَقَالَ: لا، فَسَارَّ إِنْسَانًا إِلَى جَنْبِهِ. فَقَالَ: «بِمَ سَارَرْتَهُ» ؟ فَقَالَ: أَمَرْتُهُ بِبَيْعِهَا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ الَّذِي حَرَّمَ شُرْبَهَا حَرَّمَ بَيْعَهَا» . فَفَتَحَ الْمَزَادَتَيْنِ حَتَّى ذَهَبَ مَا فِيهِمَا.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Malik from Zayd ibn Aslam, the son of Egyptian bug: that Ibn Abbas asked what squeezes grapes, said Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him: gave a man to the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him raconteur wine, said the Prophet God's prayers and peace be upon him: “Did you not know that God forbade her?” . He said: No, and a man went by his side. And he said, "What did you go through?" He said: I commanded him to sell it, and the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “He who forbids her drinking is forbidden to sell.” And he opened the two auctions until they were gone.

أَمَرْتُهُ بِبَيْعِهَا، ← «بِمَ سَارَرْتَهُ» ← لا، فَسَارَّ إِنْسَانًا إِلَى جَنْبِهِ. ← النَّبِيُّ «أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ حَرَّمَهَا؟» ← ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَهْدَى رَجُلٌ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ رَاوِيَةَ خَمْرٍ، ← ابْنِ وَعْلَةَ الْمِصْرِيِّ: أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَمَّا يُعْصَرُ مِنَ الْعِنَبِ، ← زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، ← مَالِكٍ، ← الشَّافِعِیُّ

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: بَلَغَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَجُلا بَاعَ خَمْرًا. فَقَالَ: قَاتَلَ اللَّهُ فُلانًا بَاعَ الْخَمْرَ، أَمَا عَلِمَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «قَاتَلَ اللَّهُ يَهُودَ حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الشُّحُومُ فَجَمَلُوهَا فَبَاعُوهَا» .

Sufyan told us, on the authority of Amr Bin Dinar, on a peacock, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, who said: Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, may God be pleased with him He said: “So, so-and-so” he said: “God fought and sold alcohol.” So he didn’t know that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “God fought against the Jews of Judah.”

قاتل الله فلانا باع الخمر أما علم ← بَلَغَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ أَنَّ رَجُلا بَاعَ خَمْرًا. ← ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ← طَاوْسٍ ← عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ ← سُفْيَانَ،

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ رِجَالا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِرَاقِ، قَالُوا: إِنَّا نَبْتَاعُ مِنْ تَمْرِ النَّخْلِ وَالْعِنَبِ، فَنَعْصِرُهُ خَمْرًا فَنَبِيعُهَا. فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ: إِنِّي أُشْهِدُ اللَّهَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَمَلائِكَتَهُ وَمَنْ يَسْمَعُ مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالإِنْسِ أَنِّي لا آمُرُكُمْ بِبَيْعِهَا وَلا تَبْتَاعُوهَا وَلا تَعْصِرُوهَا وَلا تَسْقُوهَا؛ فَإِنَّهُ رِجْسٌ مِنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطَانِ. أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الأَشْرِبَةِ.

Malik told us, on the authority of Nafi ', ​​on the authority of Ibn Omar: that men from the people of Iraq said: We are buying from the date palm, and it is from Nabar. Abdullah said: I bear witness to you God and his angels, and hear from the jinn and mankind that I do not order you to sell nor Tbtaaoha nor Tasroha nor Tsagoha; it is an abomination of the work of the devil. Take the three hadiths out of the book of the syrups.

نَبْتَاعُ مِنْ تَمْرِ النَّخْلِ وَالْعِنَبِ، فَنَعْصِرُهُ خَمْرًا فَنَبِيعُهَا. ← ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ رِجَالا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِرَاقِ، ← نَافِعٍ ← مَالِكٍ،

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ، وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ، وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ.

أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ← أَبِی بکْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ← ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، ← مَالِكٍ، ← الشَّافِعِیُّ

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ، وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ. قَالَ مَالِكٌ: وَإِنَّمَا كُرِهَ بَيْعُ الْكِلابِ الضَّوَارِي وَغَيْرِ الضَّوَارِي لِنَهْيِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ، وَالثَّانِيَ وَقَوْلَ مَالِكٍ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ.

Tell us Malik from Ibn Shihab from Abu Bakr bin Abdul Rahman bin Harith bin Hisham, from Abu Masood Ansari may Allah be pleased with him: that the Prophet, peace be upon him forbade the price of a dog, and the wages of a prostitute and the priest Helwan. Malik said: Rather, he hates the sale of dogs that are obedient and unnecessary because the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, forbade the price of the price. Take out the first from the book of sale, and the second and the words of an angel in the book of the different owner and Al-Shafi’i.

أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ← أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ، ← ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، ← مَالِكٍ،

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ: أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ عَنْ كِرَى الأَرْضِ، فَقَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ فَقَالَ: أَبِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ؟ فَقَالَ: أَمَّا بِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ فَلا بَأْسَ بِهِ.

كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ فَقَالَ: أَبِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ؟ فَقَالَ: أَمَّا بِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ فَلا بَأْسَ بِهِ. ← كِرَى الأَرْضِ، فَقَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ← حَنْظَلَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ: أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ ← رَبِیْعَۃَ بْنِ اَبِیْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمِنِ ← مَالِكٍ، ← الشَّافِعِیُّ
