عَطَاءٌ، وَبَلَغَنَا:

عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ یَسَارٍ: أَنَّ رَجُلا قَبَّلَ امْرَ أَنَہُ وَھُوَ صَائِمٌ، فَوَجَدَ مِنْ ذَکِکَ، فَدَخَلتْ عَلَی أُمِّ سَلَمَۃَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنَینَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا فَأَخْبَرَتْھَا، فَقَالَتْ أُمُّ سَلَمَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا:إِنَّ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یُقَبِّلُ وَھُوَ صَائِمٌ،فَرَجَعَتِ الْمَرْ أَۃُ إِلَی زَوْجِھَا فَأَخْبَرَتْہُ فَزَادَہُ ذَلِکَ شَرَّا، وَقَالَ لَسْنَا مِثْلَ رَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یُحِلُّ اللہُ لِرَ سُولِہِ مَاشَاءَ فَرَجَعَتِ الْمَرْأَۃُ إِلَی أُمِّ سَلَمَۃَ، فَوَجَدَتْ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَھَا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ:((مَابَالُ ھَذِہِ الْمَرْ أَۃِ))؟ فَأَخْبَرَتْۃُ أُمُّ سَلَمَۃَم فَقَالَ: أَلا أَخْبَرْ تَیھَا أَنِی أَفْعَلُ ذَلِکَ!))۔ فَقَالَتْ أُمُّ سَلَمَۃَ:قَدْ أَخْبَرْتُھَا فَذَھَبَتْ إِلَی زَوْجِھَا فَزَادَہُ ذَلِکَ شَرَّا، وَقَالَ: لَشْبَا مِثْلَ رَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یُح،لُّ اللہُ لِرَسُولِہِ مَاشَاءَ۔فَغَضِبَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ قَالَ:((وَاللہِ إِنّی لأَتَقَاکُمْ للہِ، وَأَعْلَمُکمْ بِحُدُودِہِ))

عَنْ عَائشَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا قَالَتْ:إِنْ کَانَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ لَہُقَبِّلُ بَعْضَ أَزْوَاجِہِ وَھْوَ صَائِمٌ، ثُمَّ تَضْحَکُ

عَنْ عَائَشَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا: أَنَّ رَجُلا قَالَ لِرَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ وَھِیَ تَسْمَعُ:إِنّی أُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا وَأَنَا أُرِیدُ الصِّیَامَ۔ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ:((وَأَنَا أُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا وَأُرِیدُ الصَّیَامَ فَأَغْتَسِلُ ثُمَّ أَصُومُ ذَلِکَ الْیَوْمَ))۔ فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ:إِنَّکَ لَسْتَ مِثَلَنَا، قَدْ غَفَرَاللہُ لَکَ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِکَ وَمَا تَأَخَّرَ، فَغَضِبَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ:((وَاللہِ إِنّی لأَرْجُو أَنْ أَکُونَ أِخْشَاکُمْ للہِ وَأَعْلَمَکُمْ بِمَا أَتّقِی))

عَائِشَةَ

عَنْ عَائِشَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا: أَنَّ رَحُلِا قَالَ لِرَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّہ اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ وَھُوَ وَاقِفٌ عَلَی الْبَابِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ:یَا رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ:((وَأَنَا أْصْبِحُ جُنُبّا وَأَنَا أُرِیدُ الصِّیَامَ فَأَغْسَّلُ وَأَصُومُ ذَلِکَ الْیَوْمَ))۔

أَنَّہُ سَمِعَ أَبَا بَکْرِ بْنَ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ، یَقُولُ: کُنْتُ أَنَا وَأَبِی عِبْدَ مَرْوَانَ بْنِ اکْحَکَمِ، وَھُوَ أَمِیرُ الْمَدِیمَۃِ، فَذَکَرَ لَہُ أَنَّ أَبَا ھُرَیْرَۃَ یَقُولُ: مَنْ أَصْبَحَ جُنُبّا أَفْطَرَ ذَلِکَ الْیَوْمَ۔فَقَالَ مَرْوَانُ: أَقْسَمْتُ عَکَیْکَ یَاعَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ لَتَذ ھَبَنَّ إِلَی أُمَّیِ الْمُؤْمِمِئنَ عَائِشَۃَ وَأُمِّ سَلَمَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا فَلْتَسْأَ لَنَّھُمَا عَنْ ذَلِکَ۔ فَقَالَ أَبُوبَکْرٍ: فَذَھَبَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَذَھَبْتُ مَعَہُ حَتَّی دَخَلْنَا عَلَی عَائِشَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا فَسَلَّمَ عَلَیْھَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، فَقَالَ:یَا أَمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ، إِنَّا کُنَّا عِنْدَ مَرْوَانَ فَذُکِرَ لَنَا أَنَّ أَبَا ھُرَیْرَۃَ قَالَ: مَنْ أَصْبَحَ جُنُبًا أَفْطَرَ ذَلِکَ الْیَوْمَ۔فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَۃُ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا: لَیْسَ کَمَاقَالَ أَبُو ھُرَیْرَۃَ یَا عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ، أْتَرْغَبُ عَمَّاکَانَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یَفْعَلُہْ؟ قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ:لا وَاللہِ یَاعَائِشَۃُ۔فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَۃُ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا: فَأَشْھَدُ عَلَی رَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ:إِنْ کَانَ لَیُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا مِنْ جِمَاعٍ غَیْرِ اخْتِلامٍ، ثُمَّ یَصُومُ ذَلِکَ الْیَوْمَ۔قَالَ:ثُمْ خَرَجْنَا حَتَّی دَخَلْنَا عَلَی أُمِّ سَلَمَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا فَسَأَلَھَا عَنْ ذَلِکَ، فَقَالَتْ مَثْلَ مَاقَالَتْ عَائِشَۃُ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا فَخَرَجْنَاحَتَّی جَئْنَا مَرْوَانَ، فَقَالَ عَبْدُالرَّحْمَنِ مَا قَالَتَا فَأَخْبَرَہُ۔ فَقَالَ مَرْوَانُ: أَقْسَمْتُ عَلَیْکَ یَا أَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ لَتَرْکَبَمَّ دَابَّتِی بِالْبَابِ فَلْتَأْتِ أَبَاھُریْرَۃَ فَلْتُخُبِرْہُ بِذَلِکَ۔ فَرَکِبَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ وَرَکِبْتُ مَعَہُ حَتَّی أَتَیْنَا أَبَا ھُرَیْرَۃَ فَتَحَدَّثَ مَعَہُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ سَاعَۃً ثُمَّ ذَکَرَ ذَلِکَ لَہُ، فَقَالَ أَبُو ھُرَیْرَۃَ:لا عِلْمَ لِی بَذَلَکَ إِنَّمَا أَخْبَرَنِیہِمُحْبِرٌ

عَائِشَةَ

عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: أَنَّ رَجُلا أَفْطَرَ فِی شَھْرِ رَمَضَانَ، فَأَمَرَہُ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعِتْقِ أَوْصِیَامِ شَھْرَیْنِ مُتَتَابِعَیْنِ أَوْإِطْعَامِ سِتِّینَ مِسْکِئنًا، فَقَالَ: إِنِیّ لا أَجِدُ، فَأُتِیَ رَسُولُ اللہِ بِعَرَقِ تَمْرٍ، فَقَالَ:((خُدْھَذَا فَتَصَدَّقْ بِہِ))۔ فَقَالَ یَارسُولَ اللہِ مَاأَحَدٌ أَحْوَجَ مِنِّی، فَضَحِکَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتـَی بَدَتْ ثَنَایَا ثُمَ قَالَ: ((کُلْہُ))۔ قَالَ الشَّافِعِیُّ: وَکَانَ فِطْرُہُ بِجِمَاعٍ

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،

عَنْ سَعِیدِ بْنِ الْمُسَیِّبِ، قَالَ:أَتَی أَعْرَابِی إِلَی رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یَنْتِفُ شَعْرَہُ، وَیَضْرِبُ نَحْرَہُ، وَیَقُولُ:ھَلَکَ الأَبَعَدُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ :وَمَا ذَاکَ؟ قَالَ: أَصَبْتُ أَھْلِی فِی رَمَضَانَ وَأَنَا صَائِمٌ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ :((ھَلْ تَسْتَطِیعُ أَنْ تَعْتِقَ رَقَبَۃً))؟ قَالَ: لا۔قَالَ:((فَھَلْ تَسْتَطِیعُ أَنْ تُھْدِیَ بَدَنَۃً))؟ قَال: لا: قَالَ:((فَاجْلِسْ))۔قَالَ:فَأُتِیَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعَرَقِ تَمْرٍ فَقَالَ :"خُزُ ھَزَا فَتَصَدَّقْ بِہِ۔" قَالَ:مَا أَجِدُ أَحَدًا أَحْوَجَ مِنِّی، قَالَ:((فَکُلْہُ، وَصُمْ یَوْمًا مَکَانَ مَا أَصَبْتَ))

سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ،

عَنْ نَافِعٍ:أنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْمَرْأَۃِ الْحَامِلِ إِذَا خَافَتْ عَلَی وَلَدِھَا، قَالَ: تُفْطِرُ وَتُطْعِمُ مَکَانَ کُلِّ یَوْمٍ مِسْکِینًا مُدَّا مِنْ حِنْطَۃٍ۔ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیَثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الصِّیَامِ،وَالثَّالِثَ فِی کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِکٍ وَالشَّافَعِیِّ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَمْھُمَا

نَافِعٍ

عَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ، قَالَ: کُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ زَمَانَ الْفَتْحِ،فَرَأَی رَجُلا یَحْتَجِمُ لِثَمَان عَشْرَۃَ خَلَتْ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ، فَقَالَ وَھُوَ آخِدٌ بِیَدِی:((أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ))
