عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ یَسَارٍ: أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْقُبْلَۃِ لِلصَّائِمِ فَأَرْخَصَ فِیھَا لِلشَّئْخِ وَکَرِ ھَمَا لِلشَّابِّ۔ أَخْرَجَ الأَوَلَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الرِّسَالَۃِ، وَالثَّانِیَ وَالثَّالِتَ مَنْ کِتَابِ الصِّیَامِ

On the authority of Ata Bin Yassar: Ibn Abbas was asked about the kissing of the fasting person, so it was cheaper for them to grow old and deny them to the young man. Take out the first from the letter of the Messenger, and the second and the third from the book of fasting
