It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that 'Aa'ishah wanted to buy Bareerah, but her masters refused to sell her unless they retained the right to inherit from her. 'Aa'ishah mentioned that to the Prophet (PBUH) and the Messenger erf Allah (PBUH) said: "Buy her and manumit her, for the right to inheritance belongs to the one who paid the price."

Naafi' said: Ibn 'Umar felt cold when he was in ihram, so he said: Throw a garment over me. So i threw a burnoose over him. He pushed it away and said: Are you throwing Over me a garment that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) forbade the muhrim (pilgrim in ihram) to wear?

Ibn 'Awn said: I wrote to Naafi' askiin him: Were the people called (to Islam} before fighting? He wrote back to me (sving): That was only at the beginning of Islam. The messenger of Allah (PBUH) raided Banu l-Mustahq when they were Unaware[1] , and their cattle were drinking at the water. He killed their warriors and took their women and children captive. On that day Juwavriyah, the daughter of al-Haarith, fell to his lot. 'Abd-Allah ibn 'Umar narrated this hadeeth to me, and he was one of that army.
