Musnad Imam Shafi

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: نَهَيْتُ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ مُعَاوَمَةً.

Sufyan, on the authority of Amr, on the authority of Jabir, told us: Ibn al-Zubayr forbade the sale of palm trees as a float.

بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ مُعَاوَمَةً. ← نَهَيْتُ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ ← جَابِرٍ ← عَمْرٍو، ← سُفْيَانَ،

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ: نَهَيْتُ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ مُعَاوَمَةً.

Sufyan told us, on the authority of Amr Bin Dinar, heard Jabir bin Abdullah say: I forbade Ibn Al-Zubayr on the authority of Ben-El-Ne.

بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ مُعَاوَمَةً. ← نَهَيْتُ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ ← جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: ← عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ ← سُفْيَانَ،

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَتِيقٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ.

Tell us Sufian bin appointment, Hamid bin Qais, Suleiman bin Atiq, Jabir bin Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him forbade the sale of years.

جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: ← سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَتِيقٍ، ← حُمَيْدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، ← سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ،

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ. أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ، وَإِلَى آخِرِ السَّادِسِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْمُزَارَعَةِ وَكَرْيِ الأَرْضِينَ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ يَقُولُ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الصُّبْرَةِ مِنَ التَّمْرِ لا يُعْلَمُ كَيْلُهَا بِالْكَيْلِ الْمُسَمَّى مِنَ التَّمْرِ. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانٍ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ السَّلَفَ الْمَضْمُونَ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى قَدْ أَحَلَّهُ اللَّهُ فِي كِتَابِهِ، وَأَذِنَ فِيهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: {يَأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا تَدَايَنْتُمْ بِدَيْنٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى} [البقرة: 282] .

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ← أَبِي حَسَّانَ الْأَعْرَجِ، ← قَتَادَةَ ← أَيُّوبَ، ← سُفْيَانَ، ← الشَّافِعِیُّ

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمِنْهَالِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدِمَ الْمَدِينَةَ وَهُمْ يُسْلِفُونَ فِي التَّمْرِ السَّنَةَ وَالسَّنَتَيْنِ، وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ: وَالثَّلاثَ، فَقَالَ: «مَنْ سَلَّفَ فَلْيُسْلِفْ فِي كَيْلٍ مَعْلُومٍ، وَوَزْنٍ مَعْلُومٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ» . قَالَ: فَحَفِظْتُهُ كَمَا وَصَفْتُ مِنْ سُفْيَانَ مِرَارًا.

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ← أَبِي الْمِنْهَالِ، ← عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، ← ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ ← ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ،

أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ أُصَدِّقُهُ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ كَمَا قُلْتُ، وَقَالَ فِي الأَجَلِ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ.

كَمَا قُلْتُ، وَقَالَ فِي الأَجَلِ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ. ← سُفْيَانُ، أَنَّهُ ← مَنْ أُصَدِّقُهُ،

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمِنْهَالِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَدِينَةَ وَهُمْ يُسْلِفُونَ فِي التَّمْرِ السَّنَةَ وَالسَّنَتَيْنِ وَالثَّلاثَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ سَلَّفَ فَلْيُسْلِفْ فِي كَيْلٍ مَعْلُومٍ وَوَزْنٍ مَعْلُومٍ وَأَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ أَوْ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ» . أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ، وَالرَّابِعَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.

قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ الْمَدِينَةَ وَهُمْ يُسْلِفُونَ فِي التَّمْرِ السَّنَةَ وَالسَّنَتَيْنِ وَالثَّلاثَ، ← ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ← أَبِي الْمِنْهَالِ، ← عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، ← ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ ← سُفْيَانَ،

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّهُ كَانَ لا يَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ يَبِيعَ الرَّجُلُ شَيْئًا إِلَى أَجَلٍ لَيْسَ عِنْدَهُ أَصْلُهُ.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Ibrahim bin Mohammed Yahya bin Said from Nafi from Ibn 'Umar: that he does not see anything wrong with the man to sell something to the order does not have its origin.
