أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ أَبِي تَمِيمَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، وَرَجُلٍ آخَرَ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا تَبِيعُوا الذَّهَبَ بِالذَّهَبِ، وَلا الْوَرِقَ بِالْوَرِقِ، وَلا الْبُرَّ بِالْبُرِّ، وَلا الشَّعِيرَ بِالشَّعِيرِ، وَلا التَّمْرَ بِالتَّمْرِ، وَلا الْمِلْحَ بِالْمِلْحِ إِلا سَوَاءً بِسَوَاءٍ عَيْنًا بِعَيْنٍ يَدًا بِيَدٍ، وَلَكِنْ بِيعُوا الذَّهَبَ بِالْوَرِقِ، وَالْوَرِقَ بِالذَّهَبِ، وَالْبُرَّ بِالشَّعِيرِ، وَالشَّعِيرَ بِالْبُرِّ، وَالتَّمْرَ بِالْمِلْحِ، وَالْمِلْحَ بِالتَّمْرِ، يَدًا بِيَدٍ كَيْفَ شِئْتُمْ» . وَنَقَصَ أَحَدُهُمَا التَّمْرَ أَوِ الْمِلْحَ، وَزَادَ أَحَدَهُمَا: «مَنْ زَادَ أَوِ ازْدَادَ فَقَدْ أَرْبَى» . أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ، وَالْخَامِسَ مِنْ كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُبَيْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ أَبِي يَزِيدَ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ: أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّمَا الرِّبَا فِي النَّسِيئَةِ» . أَخْرَجَهُ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنِ ابْتَاعَ طَعَامًا فَلا يَبِعْهُ حَتَّى يَسْتَوْفِيَهُ» .

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Malik from Nafi from Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said: «from not bought food Abah even takes possession».

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنِ ابْتَاعَ طَعَامًا فَلا يَبِعْهُ حَتَّى يَقْبِضَهُ» .

Malik told us, on the authority of Abdullah Bin Dinar, on the authority of Ibn Omar: that the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “Who has bought it?”

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: أَمَّا الَّذِي نَهَى عَنْهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَهُوَ الطَّعَامُ أَنْ يُبَاعَ حَتَّى يُسْتَوْفَى وَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ بِرَأْيِهِ: وَلا أَحْسِبُ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ إِلا مِثْلَهُ.

Tell us Sufian, Amr ibn Dinar Tawoos, from Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him said, which was forbidden by the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him the food that he sold even met Ibn Abbas said in his opinion: not figured out everything but like him.

أَخْبَرَنَا الثِّقَةُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكَ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ، قَالَ: نَهَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدِي.

Confidence told us, on the authority of Ayyub, of Yusuf ibn Mahek, on the authority of Hakim ibn Hazam, who said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and upon him, forbade me.

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ الْقَدَّاحُ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَيْفِيٍّ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَلَمْ أُنَبَّأْ، أَوْ أَلَمْ يَبْلُغْنِي أَوْ كَمَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ: أَنَّكَ تَبِيعُ الطَّعَامَ "؟ قَالَ حَكِيمٌ: بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لا تَبِيعَنَّ طَعَامًا حَتَّى تَشْتَرِيَهُ وَتَسْتَوْفِيَهُ» .

Said told Ben Salem Tinderbox, son of Greg, from Ata ibn Abi Rabah, from Safwan bin Mohb he told him, Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Saifi, for Hakim Ben belt, he said: The Messenger of Allah peace be upon him: "Did not forebode, Or did he not inform me or, as God so desired, that you sell the food? Hakim said: Yes, O Messenger of God, so the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “Do not sell food until you buy it.”

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَطَاءٌ ذَلِكَ أَيْضًا، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عِصْمَةَ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ مِنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: أَمَّا الَّذِي نَهَى عَنْهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَهُوَ الطَّعَامُ أَنْ يُبَاعَ حَتَّى يُقْبَضَ. قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ بِرَأْيِهِ: وَلا أَحْسِبُ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ إِلا مِثْلَهُ. أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ، وَالْخَامِسَ وَالسَّادِسَ وَقَوْلَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، وَالسَّابِعَ وَقَوْلَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرِّسَالَةِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ مَوْلَى الأَسْوَدِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ: أَنَّ زَيْدًا أَبَا عَيَّاشٍ أَخْبَرَهُ: أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ سَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ عَنِ الْبَيْضَاءِ بِالسُّلْتِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ سَعْدٌ: أَيُّهُمَا أَفْضَلُ؟ فَقَالَ: الْبَيْضَاءُ، فَنَهَى عَنْ ذَلِكَ، وَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَسْأَلُ عَنْ شِرَاءِ التَّمْرِ بِالرُّطَبِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَيَنْقُصُ الرُّطَبُ إِذَا يَبِسَ» ؟ فَقَالُوا: نَعَمْ. فَنَهَى عَنْ ذَلِكَ.

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ التَّمْرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاحُهُ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ التَّمْرِ بِالتَّمْرِ. قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ: وَحَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَرْخَصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا.

Sufyan told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Salem, on the authority of his father: that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade the sale of the Druze of Thalam. Abdullah said: Zaid bin Thabit spoke to us: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was cheaper in the nudity.

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ، قَالَ: بِعْتُ مَا فِي رُءُوسِ نَخْلِي بِمِائَةِ وَسْقٍ، إِنْ زَادَ فَلَهُمْ، وَإِنْ نَقَصَ فَعَلَيْهِمْ، فَسَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، فَقَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ هَذَا إِلا أَنَّهُ أَرْخَصَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا.
