Musnad Imam Shafi

عَنْ عَطَاءٍ: أَنَّہُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ رَضَیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ یَقُولُ: فِی الضَّبُعِ کَبْشٌ۔

On the authority of Ata ': He heard Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him, who says: There is a ram in the area.

فِی الضَّبُعِ کَبْشٌ۔ ← ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ← عَطَاءٌ، اَنَّہٗ

عَنْ عِکْرِمَۃَ مَوْلَی ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، یَقُولُ: أَنْزَکَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ضَبُعًاصَیْدًا ، وَقَضَی فِیھَا کَبْشًا۔

On the authority of Irma, the son of Abbas, he says: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon you, will put you on the hook, and he will spend time in it.

أَنْزَکَ رَسُولُ اللہِ ضَبُعًاصَیْدًا وَقَضَی فِیھَا کَبْشًا۔ ← عِکْرِمَۃَ مَوْلَی ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ،

عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ قَضَی فِی الْغَزَالِ بَعَنْزٍ۔

جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ قَضَى فِي الْغَزَالِ بِعَنْزٍ.

عَنْ جَابِرٍ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ قَضَی فِی الأَرْنَبِ بِعَنَاقٍ وَأَنَّ عُمَرَ قَعَی فِی الْیَرْبُوعِ بِجَفْرَۃٍ۔

عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ شِھَابٍ، قَالَ: خَرَجْنَا حُجَّاجًا ، فَأَوْطَأَرَجُلٌ مِنَّا ، یُقَالُ لَہُ: إِرْبِدُ ،ظَبْیًا فَفَزَرَ ظَھْرَہُ فَقَدِمْنَا عَلَی عُمَرَ فَسَأَلَہُ إِرْبِدُ، فَقَالَ: احْکُمْ یَا إِرْبِدُ فِیہِ۔ فَقَالَ: أَنْتَ خَیْرٌ مِنِّی یَا أَمِیرَ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ وَأَعْلَمُ ، فَقَالَ لَہُ عُمَرُ : إِنَّمَا أَمَرْتُکَ أَنْ تَحْکُمَ فِیہِ ، وَلَمْ آمُرْکَ أَنْ تُزَکِّیَنِی۔ فَقَالَ إِرْبِدُ: أَرَی فِیہِ جَدْیًا قَدْ جَمَعَ الْمَاءَ وَالشْتَجَرَ۔ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: فَذَلِکَ فِیہِ۔

طَارِقِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ،

عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ قَضَی فِی الضَّبُعِ بِکَبْشٍ، وَفِی الْغَزَالِ بِعَنْزٍ ، وَفِی الأَزْنَبِ بِعَنَاقٍ، وَفِی الْیَرْ بُوعِ بِجَفْرٍ أَوْ جَفْرَۃٍ

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَوْسِ بْنِ الْحَدَثَانِ: أَنَّهُ الْتَمَسَ صَرْفًا بِمَائَةِ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ: فَدَعَانِي طَلْحَةُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، فَتَرَاوَضْنَا حَتَّى اصْطَرَفَ مِنِّي، وَأَخَذَ الذَّهَبَ يُقَلِّبُهَا فِي يَدِهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ خَازِنِي أَوْ حَتَّى تَأْتِيَ خَازِنَتِي مِنَ الْغَابَةِ، قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: أَنَا شَكَكْتُ، وَعُمَرُ يَسْمَعُ، فَقَالَ: عُمَرُ: وَاللَّهِ لا يُفَارِقُهُ حَتَّى يَأْخُذَ مِنْهُ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الذَّهَبُ بِالذَّهَبِ رِبًا إِلا هَاءَ وَهَاءَ، وَالتَّمْرُ بِالتَّمْرِ رِبًا إِلا هَاءَ وَهَاءَ، وَالشَّعِيرُ بِالشَّعِيرِ رِبًا إِلا هَاءَ وَهَاءَ» . قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: قَرَأْتُهُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ صَحِيحًا لا شَكَّ فِيهِ، ثُمَّ طَالَ عَلَيَّ الزَّمَانُ فَلَمْ أَحْفَظْ حِفْظًا فَشَكَكْتُ فِي خَازِنَتِي أَوْ خَازِنِي وَغَيْرِي يَقُولُ عَنْهُ: خَازِنِي.

مَالِكِ بْنِ أَوْسِ بْنِ الْحَدَثَانِ، ← ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، ← مَالِكٍ، ← الشَّافِعِیُّ

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَ مَعْنَى حَدِيثِ مَالِكٍ. وَقَالَ: «حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ خَازِنِي» ، قَالَ: فَحَفِظْتُ لا شَكَّ فِيهِ.
