عَنْ إِبْرَاھِیمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ حُنَیْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ: أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَالْمِسْوَرَبْنَ مَخْرَمَۃَ اخْتَلَفَا بِالأَبوَا ءِ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: یَغْسِلُ الْمُحْرِمُ رَأْسَہُ، وَقَالَ الْمِسْوَرُ: لا یَغْسِلُ الْمُحْرِمُ رَأْسَہُ، فَأَرْسَلَنِی ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ إِلَی أَبِی أَیُّوبَ الأَنصَارِیِّ فَوَجَدْتُہُ یَغْتَسِلُ بَیْنَ الْقَرْنَیْنِ ، وَھُوَ یُسْتَرُبِثَوْبٍ۔ قَالَ : فَسَلَّمْتُ ۔ فَقَالَ: مِنْ ھَذَا؟ فَقُلْتُ: أَنَا عَبْدُ اللہِ ، أَرْسَلَنِی إِلَیْکَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَسْأَلُکَ: کَیْفَ کَانَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یَغْسِلُ رَأْسَہُ وَھُوَ مُحْرِمٌ؟ قَالَ: فَوَضَعَ أَبُو أَیُّوبَ یَدَیْہِ عَلَی الثَّوْبِ فَطَأْ طَأَہُ حَتَّی بَدَا لِی رَأْسُہُ ثُمَّ قَالَ لإِنْسَان یَصُبُّ عَلَیْہِ: اصْبُبْ فَصَبَّ عَلَی رَأْسِہِ ثُمَّ حَرَّکَ رَأْسَہُ بِیَدَیْہِ، فَأَقْبَلَ بِھِمَا وَأَدْبَرَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: ھَکَذَا رَأَیْتُہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یَفْعَلُ۔

عَنْ أَبِیہِ یَعْلَی بْنِ أُمَیَّۃَ أَنَّہُ قَالَ: بِیْنَمَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ یَغْتَسِلُ إِلَی بَعِیرٍ وَأَنَا أَسْتُرُ عَلَیْہِ بِثَوْبٍ إِذْ قَالَ لَہُ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ: یَا یَعْلَی ، اصْبُبْ عَلَی رَأْسِی ، فَقُلْتُ: أَمِیرُ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ أَعْلَمُ۔ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ : وَاللہِ مَا یَزِیدُ الْمَاءُ الشَّعَرَ إِلا شَعْثًا فَسَمَّی اللہَ تَعَالَی ثُمَّ أَفَاضَ عَلَی رَأْسَہِ۔

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّہُ دَخَلَ حَمَّا مًا وَھُوَ بِالْجُحْفَۃِ وَھُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، وَقَالَ: مَا یَعْبَأُ اللہُ بِأَوْسَا خِنَا شَیْئًا ۔ أَخْرَجَ الثَّلا ثَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ وَالرَّابِعَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْحَجِّ مِنَ الأَمَالَی۔

عَنْ نُبَیْہِ بْنِ وَھْبٍ أَخِی بَنِی عَبْدِ الدّارِ : أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عُبَیْدِ اللہِ أَرَادَ أَنْ یُزَرِجَ طَلْحَۃَ بْنَ عُمَرَ بِنْتَ شَیْبَۃَ بْنِ جُبَیْرٍ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَی أَبَان بْنِ عُثْمَانَ لِیَحُضُرَ ذَالِکَ وَھُمَا مُحْرِ مَان ، فَأَنْکَرَ ذَالِکَ عَلَیْہِ أَبَانٌ ، وَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ ، یَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ :(( لا یْنْکِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ وَلا یُنْکِحُ وَلا یَخْطُبُ))۔
