عَنْ عَبْدِالرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حُمَیْدٍ، قَالَ : سَأَلَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِیزِ جُلَسَا ءَ ہُ: مَاذَا سَمِعْتُمْ فِی مَقَامِ الْمُھَا جِرِ بِمَکَّہَ؟ قَالَ السَّائِبُ بْنُ یَزِیدَ: حَدَّثَنِی الْعَلاءُ ابْنُ الْحَضْرَ مِیِّ ، أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :(( یَمْکُثُ الْمُھَا جِرُ بَعْدَ قَضَا ءِ نُسُکِہِ ثَلاثًا ))۔ أَخْرَجَہُ مِنْ کِتَاب، اسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَۃِ۔

عَبْدِالرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حُمَیْدٍ،

عَنْ جَابِرٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ کَانَ یُصَلِّی بِالنَّاسِ صَلاۃَ الظُّھْرِ فِی الْخَوْفِ بِبَطْنِ نَخْلٍ ، فَصَلَّی بِطَائِفَۃٍ رَکْعَتَیْنِ ، ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ ثُمَّ جَاءَ طَئِفَۃٌ أُخْرَی فَصَلَّی بِھِمْ رَکْعَتَیْنِ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ۔

جَابِرٍ

عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ خَوَّاتِ عَمَّنْ ، صَلَّی مَعَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یَوْمَ ذَاتِ الرِّقَاعِ صَلاۃَ الْحَوْفِ أَنَّ طَائِفَۃً صَلَّتْ مَعَہُ ، وَطَائِفَۃً صَلَّتْ مَعَہُ وِجَاہَ الْعَدُوِّ ، فَصَلَّی بِالَّذِینَ مَعَہُ ثُمَّ ثَبَتَ قَائِمًا وَأَتَمُّوا لأَنْفُسِہِمْ ، ثُمَّ انْصَرَ فُوا فَصَفُّوا وِجَاہَ الْعَدُوِّ وَجَا ءَتِ الطَّائِفَۃُ الأُخْرَی فَصَلَّی بِھِمُ الرَّکْعَہَ الَّتِی بَقِیَتْ عَلَیْہِ ثُمَّ ثَبَتَ جَالِسًا وَأَتَمُّوا لأَنْفُسِھِمْ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ بِھِمْ۔

صَالِحِ بْنِ خَوَّاتِ عَمَّنْ صَلَّی مَعَ النَّبِیُّ یَوْمَ ذَاتِ الرِّقَاعِ صَلاۃَ الْحَوْفِ

قَالَ : وَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَنْ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللہِ بْنَ عُمَرَ بْنِ حَفْصٍ یَزْکُرُ ، عَنْ أَخِیہِ عُبَیْدِ اللہِ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ خَوَّاتِ بْنِ جُبَیْرٍ ،عَنْ خَوَّاتِ بْنِ جُبَیْرٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَ مَعْنَا ہُ لا یُخَالِفُہُ۔ أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الإِ مَا مَۃِ وَالثَّانِیَ وَالثَّالِثَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِی مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ۔

عَنْ نَافِعٍ ،أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللہِ بْنَ عُمَرَ کَانَ إِذَا سُئِلَ عَنْ صَلاۃِ الْخَوْفِ ، قَالَ : یُقْدَّمُ الإِمَامُ وَطَائِفَۃٌ، ثُمَّ قَصَّ الْحَدِیثَ۔ وَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ فِی الْحَدِیثِ: فَإِنْ کَانَ خَوْفًا أَشَدَّ مِنْ ذَلِکَ صَلَّوْا رِجَالا وَرُکْبَانًا مُسْتَقْبِلِی الْقِبْلَۃِ وَغَیْرَ مُسْتَقْبِلِیھَا۔ قَالَ مَالِکٌ : قَالَ نَافِعٌ: لا أَرَی عَبْدَ اللہِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ذَکَرَ ذَلِکَ إِلا عَنِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ۔

نَافِعٍ

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِی فُدَیْکٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِی ذِئْبٍ ،عَنِ الزُّھْرِیِّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ مِثْلَہُ۔

عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ فِی صَلاۃِ الْخَوْفِ بِشَیْ ءٍ خَالَفْتُمُوہُ فِیہِ ، وَمَالِکٌ یَقُولُ: لا أَذْکُرُہُ إِلا عَنْ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ وَابْنُ أَبِی ذِئْبٍ یَرْوِبہِ عَنِ الزُّھْرِیِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ لا یَشُکُّ فِیہِ۔

عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَرَادہُ عَنِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَکَرَ صَلاۃَ الْخَوْفِ ، فَقَالَ: إِنْ کَانَ خَوْفًا أَشَدَّ مِنْ ذَلِکَ صَلُّوا رِجَالا وَرُکْبَانًا مُسْتَقْبِلِی الْقِبْلَۃَ أَوْ غَیْرَ مُسْتَقْبِلِیھَا۔

عَنْ سَالِمٍ ،عَنْ أَبِیہِ ،عَنِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَ مَعْنَاہُ، وَلَمْ یَشُکَّ أَنَّہُ عَنْ أَبِیہِ وَإِنَّہُ مَرْفُوعٌ عَنِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ اسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَۃِ وَالثَّالِثَ فِی کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِکٍ وَالشَّافِعِیِّ وَالرَّابعَ وَالْخَامِسَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الرِّسَالَۃِ۔

عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ،قَالَ : رَأَیْتُ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یُصَلِّی عَلَی حِمَارٍ ، وَھُوَ مُتَوَجِّہٌ إِلَی خَیْبَرَ ۔ قَالَ الشَّافِعِیُّ : یَعْنِی النَّوَافِلَ۔

عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّہُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللہِ ، یَقُولُ : رَأَیْتُ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یُصَلِّی وَھُوَ عَلَی رَاحِلَتِہِ النَّوَافِلَ فِی کُلِّ جِھَۃٍ۔
