Musnad Imam Shafi

عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَیْبِ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ :(( خِیَارُکُمُ الَّذِینَ إِذَا سَافَرُوا قصَرُوا الصَّلاۃَ ، وَأَفْطَرُوا )) أَوْ قَالَ :(( لَمْ یَصْومُوا))۔ أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الأَمَالِی وَالثَّانِی وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ اسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَۃِ۔

On the authority of Ibn al-Musayyib, he said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: ((Your choice is that when they travel, they pray and pray)) Take out the first from the book of hopes and the second and the third from the book of receiving the tribal۔

ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ،

عَنْ عَائِشَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ ، قَالَتْ : کُلُّ ذَلِکَ قَدْ فَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَصَرَ الصَّلاۃَ فِی السَّفَرِ وَأَتَمَّ۔

کُلُّ ذَلِکَ قَدْ فَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللہِ قَصَرَ الصَّلاۃَ فِی السَّفَرِ وَأَتَمَّ۔ ← عَائِشَةَ

عَنْ عَائِشَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ ، قَالَتْ : أَوَّلُ مَا فُرِضَتِ الصَّلاۃُ رَکْعَتَیْنِ رَکْعَتَیْنِ ، فَزِیدَ فِی صَلاۃِ الْحَضَرِ ، وَأُقِرَّاتْ صَلاۃُ السَّفَرِ ، قُلْتُ: فَمَا شَأْنُ عَائِشَۃَ کَانَتْ تُتِمُّ الصَّلاۃَ؟ قَالَ : إِنَّھَا تَأَوَّلْتْ مَا تَأَوَّلَ عُثْمَانُ۔

عَائِشَةَ

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ : أَنَّہُ کَانَ یُصَلِّی وَرَاءَ الإِمَامِ بِمِنًی أَرْبَعًا ، فَإِذَا صَلَّی لِنَفْسِہِ صَلَّی رَکْعَتَیْنِ۔

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ : أَنَّہُ یَکُنْ یُصَلِّی مَعَ الْفَرِیضَۃِ فِی السَّفَرِ شَیْئًا قَبْلَھَا وَلا بَعْدَھَا إِلا مِنْ جَوْفِ اللَّیْلِ ۔ أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ کِتَابِ اسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَۃِ وَالثَّانِی مِنْ کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ وَالثَّالِثَ وَالرَّابعَ فِی کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِکٍ وَالشَّافِعِیِّ۔

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ،أنَّہُ قَالَ : أَلا أُخْبِرُکُمْ عَنْ صَلاۃِ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فِی السَّفَرِ ؟ کَانَ إِذَا زَالَتِ الشَّمْسُ وَھُوَ فِی مَنْزِلِہِ جَمَعَ بَیْنَ الظُّھْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ فِی الزَّوَالِ ، فَإِذَا سَافَرَ قَبْلَ

إِنَّ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ

عَنْ إِسْمَاعِیلَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِی ذِئْبٍ الأَسَدِیِّ ، قَالَ : خَرَجْنَا مَعَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ إِلَی الْجَمَّا ءِ فَخَرَبَتِ الشَّمْسُ ، فِھِبْنَا أَنْ نَقُولَ لَہُ: انْزِلْ فَصَلِّ ، فَلَمَّا ذَھَبَ بَیَاضُ الأُفُقِ ،وَفَحْمَۃُ الْعِشَاءِ نَزَلَ فَصَلَّی ثَلاثًا ، ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ صَلَّی رَکْعَتَیْنِ ، ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ ،ثُمَّ الْتَفَتَ إِلَیْنَا ، فَقَالَ: ھَکَذَا رَأَیْتُ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَعَلَ

عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلِ ، أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ کَانَ یَجْمَعُ بَیْنَ الظُّھْرِ وَالْعَصْرِوَالْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ فِی سَفَرِہِ إِلَی تَبُوکَ۔ أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الأَمَالِی وَإِلَی آخِرِ الرَّابِعِ مِنْ کِتَابِ اسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَۃِ وَالْخَامِسَ وَالسَّادِسَ مِنْ کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ عَلِیُّ وَعَبْدِ اللہِ مِمَّا لَمْ یَسْمَعِ الرَّابِیعُ مِنَ الشَّافِعِیِّ

مُّعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلِ

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ ،قَالَ : صَلَّی رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ الظُّھْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ وَالْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَا ءَ جَمِیعًا مِنْ غَیْرِ خَوْفٍ وَلا سَفَرٍ۔ قَالَ مَالِکٌ: أَرَی ذَلِکَ فِی مَطَرٍ ۔ أَخْرَجَہُ فِی کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِکٍ وَالشَّافِعِیِّ۔
