Musnad Imam Shafi

حَدَّثَنِی صَالِحٌ مَوْلَی التَّوْءَ مَۃِ: أَنَّ أَبَا ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ کَانَ یَفْتَتِحُ الصَّلاۃَ بِ( بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِیمِ)[ الفاتحۃ:۱]

The righteous of the twisting sphere told me: Abba Huraira, may God be pleased with him, was opening the prayer with (In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful)

صَالِحٌ مَوْلَی التَّوْءَ مَۃِ:

أَنَّ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِکِ قَالَ: صَلَّی مُعَاوِیَۃُ بِالْمَدِینَۃِ صَلاۃً جَھَرَ فِیھَا بِالْقِرَاءَ ۃِ بِ( بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِیمِ) [ الفاتحۃ:۱] لأُمِّ الْقُرْآن ، وَلَمْ یَقْرَأْبِھَا السُّورَۃَ الَّتِی بَعْدَھَا حَتَّی قَضَی تِلْکَ الصَّلاۃً۔ فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ بَادَاہُ مِنْ سَمِعَ ذَلِکَ مِنَ الْمُھَاجِرِینَ مِنْ کُلِّ مَکَان: یَا مُعَاوِیَۃُ، أَسَرَقْتَ الصَّلاۃَ نَسِیتَ؟ فَلَمَّا صَلَّی بَعْدَ ذَلِکَ قَرَأَ( بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِیمِ) [ الفاتحۃ:۱] لِلسُّورَۃِ الَّتِی بَعْدَ أُمِّ الْقُرْآنِ وَکَبَّرَ حِینَ یَھْوِی سَاجِدًا

عَنْ إِسْمَاعِیلَ بْنِ عُبَیْدِ بْنِ رِفَاعَۃَ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ أَنَّ مُعَاوِیَۃَ قَدِمَ الْمَدِینَۃَ فَصَلَّی بِھِمْ ، وَلَمْ یَقْرَأْ ( بسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِیمِ) [ الفاتحۃ:۱] ، وَلَمْ یُکَبِّرْ إِذَا خَفَضَ وَإِذَا رَفَعَ ، فَنَادَاہُ الْمُھَاجِرُونَ حِینَ سَلَّمَ وَالا نْصَارُ: یَا مُعَاوِیَۃُ سَرَفْتَ صَلاتَکَ أَیْنَ( بسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِیمِ)[ الفاتحۃ:۱]؟ وَأَیْنَ التَّکْبِیرَ إِذَا خَفَضْتَ وَإِذَا رَفَعْتَ؟ فَصَلَّی بِھِمْ صَلاۃً أُخْرَی، فَقَالَ: ذَلِکَ فِیھَا الَّذِی عَابُوا عَلَیْہِ۔

أَنَسٍ،

عَنْ سَعِیدِ بْنِ جُبَیْرٍ( وَلَقَدْ آتَیْنَاکَ سَبْعًا مِنَ الْمَثَانِی وَالْقُرْءَ انَ الْعَظِیمَ)[ الحجر:87] قَالَ: ھِی أُمُّ الْقُرْآنِ، قَالَ أَبِی : وَقَرَأَھَا عَلَیَّ سَعِیدُ بْنُ جُبَیْرٍ حَتَّی خَتَمَھَا ، ثُمَّ قَالَ:( بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِیمِ)[ الفاتحۃ:۱] الآیَۃُ السَّابِعَۃُ۔ قَالَ سَعِیدٌ: قَرَأَھَا عَلَیَّ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ کَمَا قَرَأْتُھَا عَلَیْکَ ثُمَّ قَالَ:( بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِیمِ)[ الفاتحۃ:۱] لآیَۃَ السَّابِعَۃَْ۔ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: فَدَخَرَھَا لَکُمْ فَمَا أَخْرَجَھَا لأَحَدٍ قَبْلَکُمْ ۔ أَخْرَجَہُ مِنْ کِتَابِ اسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَۃِ۔

لَقَدْ آتَیْنَاکَ سَبْعًا مِنَ الْمَثَانِی وَالْقُرْءَ ← سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ،

عَنْ عُبَادَۃَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:(( لا صَلاۃَ لِمَنْ لَمْ یَقْرَأْ فِیھَا بِفَاتِحَۃِ الْکِتَابِ))۔

On the authority of Ubad ibn al-Samat: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “There is no prayer for those who did not read it with Phatah.”

عُبَادَۃَ بْنَ الصَّامِتِ

عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:(( کُلُّ صَلاۃٍ لَمْ یُقْرَأْفِیھَا بِأُمِّ الْکِتَابِ فَھِیَ خِدَاجٌ فَھِیَ خِدَاجٌ))۔ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ اسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَۃِ۔

On the authority of Abu Hurayrah, may God be pleased with him: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: (All prayers that he did not read) Take the two hadiths out of the qibla reception book

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،

عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضَیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:(( إِذَا أَمَّنَ الإِمِامُ فَأَمِّنُوا ، فَإِنَّہُ مِنْ وَافَقَ تَأْمِینُہُ تَأْ مِنینَ الْمَلائِکَۃِ، غُفِرَ لَہُ مَا تَقَد غُفِرَ لَہُ تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِہِ))۔ قَالَ: ابْنُ شِھَابٍ: وَکَانَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہُ وَسَلَّمَ یَقُولُ: آمِینَ۔

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،

عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ، أَنَ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" إِذَا قَالَ الإِمَامُ :( غَیْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَیْھِمْ وَلا الصَّالِّینَ )[ الفاتحۃ:7] فَقُولُوا: آمِینَ ، فَإِنَّہُ مِنْ وَافَقَ قَوْلُہُ قَوْلَ الْمَلا ئِکَۃِ غُفِرَ لَہُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِہِ "

Abu ھrیrۃ satisfaction Allہ Anہ, that the Messenger of Allہ peace Allہ Alیہ him said: "If the imam :( not wrath, defendants said, not Alsalیn) [Alvathۃ: 7], say: Amen, Vanہ of approved Colہ saying Mullah Iکۃ forgiven Lہ foregoing Znbہ "

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،

عَنْ أَبِی السَّفَرِ ، قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ : أَیُّھَا النَّاسُ أَسْمِعُونِی مَا تَقُولُونَ وَافْھَمُوا مَا أَقُولُ لَکُمْ أَیُّمَا مَمْلُوکٍ حَجَّ بِہِ أَھْلُہُ فَمَاتَ قَبْلَ أَنْ یَعْیَحْجُجْ، وَأَیُّمَا غُلامِ حَجَّ بِہِ أَہْلُھُ فَمَاتَ قَبْلَ أَنْ یُدْرِکَ فَقَدْقَضَی حَجَّہُ، وَإِنْ بَلَغَ فَلْیَحْجُجْ۔
