Musnad Imam Shafi

عَنْ عَبدِالرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ أَبِی صَعْصَعَۃَ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ:أَنَّ أَنَا سَعِیدٍ الْخُذِیِّ قَالَ لَہُ:إِنِّی أَرَاکَ تُحِبُّ الْغَنَمَ وَالْبَادِیَۃَ، وَإِذاکُنْتَ فِی عَنَمِکَ أَوْ بَادِیَتِکٌ فَأَذَّنْتَ بِالصَّلاۃِ، فَارْفَعْ صَوْتَکَ ، فَإِنَّہُ لا یَسْمَعُ مَدَی صَوْتِکَ جِنٌ وَلا إِنْسٌ وَلا شَیْءً إِلا شَھِدَلَکَ یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَۃَ۔ قَالَ أَبُو سَعِیدٍ:سَمِعْتُہُ مِنْ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ۔أَخْرَجَہُ مِنْ کِتَابِ اسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَۃِ

أَبِيهِ ← عَبدِالرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ أَبِی صَعْصَعَۃَ،

عَنْ أَبِی سَعِیدٍ الْخُذرِیِّ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ:أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((إِذَا سِمِعْتُمُ النِّدَاءَ فَقُولُوا مِثْلَ مَایَقُولُ الْمُوءَذِّنُ))۔

On the authority of Abu Saeed Al-Khudhairi, may God be pleased with him: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “When you hear the saying,”

أَبِی سَعِیدٍ الْخُذرِیِّ

أَنَہُ سَمِعَ مُعَوِیَۃَ، یَقُولُ:سَمِعْتُ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ، یَقُولُ:"إِذَا قَالَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ:أَشْھَدُ أَنْ لا إِلَہَ إِلا اللہُ، قَالَ:أَشْھْدُ أَنْ لا إِلَہَ إِلا اللہُ، وَإِذَا قَالَ:أَشْھَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ،قَالَ:وَأَنَا أَشْھَدُ، ثُمَّ سَکَتَ۔ "

Onہ heard Maoیۃ, says: I heard the Messenger of Allہ peace Allہ Alیہ him, says: "If the muezzin: Ohھd said that not Alہ only Allہ, said: Ohھd not Alہ only Allہ, and if he said: Ohھd that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allہ peace Allہ Alیہ him, He said: I bear witness, and then you keep quiet۔

سَمِعْتُ مُعَاوِیَۃَ یُحَدِّثُ مِثْلَہُ عَنِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ۔

مُعَاوِيَةَ

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِیدٌ، عَنْ سَعِیدِ بْنِ بَشِیرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَۃَ ، عَنْ أَبِٰ عُبَیْدَۃَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ مِثْلَہُ۔

Saeed, on the authority of Saeed Bin Bashir, told us about Qatad, on the authority of Abu Ubaid, on the authority of Abdullah Bin Masoud, on the authority of Reth

عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ← أَبِٰ عُبَیْدَۃَ ← قَتَادَةَ ← سَعِیدِ بْنِ بَشِیرٍ، ← سَعِيدٍ،

عَنْ یُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاھَکَ: أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللہِ بْنَ أَبِی عَمَّارِ أَخْبَرَہُ: أَنَّہُ أَقْبَلَ مَعَ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلِ ، وَکَعْبِ الأَحْبَارِ فِی أَنَاسٍ مُحْرِمِینَ مِنْ بَیْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ بِعُمْرَۃٍ، حَتَّی إِذَا کُنَّا بِبَعْضِ الطَّرِیقِ وَکَعْبٌ عَلَی نَارٍ یَصْطَلِی مَرَّتْ بِہِ رِجْلٌ مِنْ جَرَادٍ فَأَخَذَ جَرَادَتَیْنِ فَمَلَّھُمَا وَنَسِیَ إِحْرَامَہُ ، ثُمَّ ذَکَرَ إِحْرَامَہُ فَأَلْقَاھُمَا ۔ فَلَمَّا قَدِمْنَا الْمَدِینَۃَ دَخَلَ الْقَوْمُ عَلَی عُمَرَ رَضَیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ وَدَخَلْتُ مَعَہُ فَقَصَّ کَعْبٌ قِصَّۃَ الْجَرَادَتَیْنِ عَلَی عُمَرَ۔ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ رَضَیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: وَمَنْ بَذَلِکَ؟ لَعَلَّکَ بِذَلِکَ یَا کَعْبُ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ۔ قَالَ عُمَرُ رَضَیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: إِنَّ حِمْیَرَ تُحِبُّ الْجَرَادَ ، قَالَ: مَا جَعَلْتَ فِی نَفْسِکَ ؟ قَالَ: دِرْھَمَیْنِ قَالَ: بَخْ دِرْھَمَانِ خَیْرٌ مِنْ مِائَۃِ جَرَادَۃٍ، اجْعَلْ مَا جَعَلْتَ فِی نَفْسِکَ۔

يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكٍ،

سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءًا یَقُولُ: سُئِلَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ صَیْدِ الْجَرَادِ فِی الْحَرَمِ ۔ فَقَالَ: لا ، وَنَھَی عَنْہُ ، قَالَ : أَمَا قُلْتَ لَہُ ، أَوْ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ : فَإِنَّ قَوْمَکَ یَأ خُذُونَہُ وَھُمْ مُحْتَبُونَ فِی الْمَسْجِدِ؟ فَقَالَ: لا یَعْلَمُونَ۔

I heard a tender saying: Ibn Abbas was asked about the locusts in the Haram. He said: No, and he forbade you, he said: Did you not say to me, or a man from the people: then your people, they will be taken away, and they do not have a decree. He said: They do not know۔

عَطَاءًا

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ مِثْلَہُ إِلا أَنَّہُ قَالَ: مُنْحَنُونَ۔ وَرَوَی الْحُفَّاظُ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَیْجٍ: وَھُمْ مُنْحَوُنَ وَھُوَ أَفْصَحُ۔

On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with you, like you, except that he said: And the narration of Ibn Jarij’s narration: And they are granted and they are more eloquent.

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ یَقُولُ : کُنْتُ جَالِسًا عِنْدَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَسَأَلَہُ رَجُلٌ عَنْ جَرَادَۃٍ قَتَلَہََا وَھُوَ مُحْرِمٌ ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: فِیھَا قَبْضَۃٌ مِنْ طَعَامٍ وَلْیَأخُذَنَّ بِقَبْضَۃِ جَرَادَاتٍ وَلَکِنْ وَلَوْ قَالَ الشَّافِعِیُّ:" قَوْلُہُ : وَلْیَأخُذَنَّ بِقَبْضَۃٍ جَرَادَاتٍ " ،أَیْ إِنَّمَا فِیھَا الْقِیمَۃُ ، وَقَوْلُہُ :(( وَلَوْ))، یَقُولُ: یَحْتَاطُ بِقِیمَۃٍ فِیُخْرِجُ أَکْثَرَ مِمَّا عَلَیْکَ بَعْدَ مَا أَعْلَمْتُکَ أَنَّہُ أَکْثَرُ مِمَّا عَلَیْکَ"۔

الْقَاسِمِ،

عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ : أَبَّ رَجُلا سَأَلَہُ عَنْ مُحْرِمٍ أَصَابَ جَرَادَۃٍ ۔ فَقَالَ: یَصَّدَّقُ بِقَبْضَۃٍ مِنْ طَعَامٍ۔ وَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: لَیَأ خُذَنَّ بِقَبْضَۃِ جَرَادَاتٍ، وَلَکِنْ عَلَی ذَلِکَ رَأَی۔ أَخْرَجَ السِّتَّۃَ الأَ حَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ، وَالسَّبعَ مِنْ کِتَابِ مُخْتَصَرِ الْحَجِّ الْکَبِیرِ۔

On the authority of Al-Qasim, on the authority of Ibn Abbas: The father of a man asked about a Muharram who suffered locusts. He said: He gives alms with a fist of food. Ibn Abbas said: No, he was taken by locusts, but on that he saw۔ Take the six hadiths out of the ritual book of the rituals, and the seventh book of the summary of the great Hajj

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ← الْقَاسِمِ،

عَنْ نافِعِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَارِثِ ، قَالَ: قَدِمَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ مَکَّۃَ فَدَخَلَ دَارَ النَّدْوَۃِ فِی یَوْمِ الْجُمُعَۃِ ، فَأَرَادَ أَنْ یَسْتَقْرِبَ مِنْھَا الرَّوَاحَ إِلَی الْمَسْجِدِ، فَأَلْقَی رَدَاءَ ہُ عَلَی وَاقِفٍ فِی الْبَیْتِ فَوَقَعَ عَلَیْہِ طَیْرٌ مِنْ ھَذَا الْحَمْامِ فَأَطَارَہُ فَانْتَھَزَتْہُ حَیَّہٌ فَقَتَلَتْہُ، فَلَمَّا صَلَّی الْجُمُعَۃَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَیْہِ أَنَا وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ ، فَقَالَ: احْکُمَا عَلَیَّ فِی شَیْءٍ صَنَعْتُہُ الْیَوْمَ، أَنِّی دَخَلْتُ ھَذِہِ الدَّارَ وَأَرَدْتُ أنْ أَسْتَقْرِبَ مِنْھَا الرَّوَاحَ إِلَی الْمَسْجِدِ، فَأَلْقَیْتُ رِدَائِی عَلَی ھَذَا الْوَاقِفِ عَلَیْہِ طَیْرٌ مِنْ ھَذَا الْحَمَامِ، فَخَشِیتُ أَنْ یَلْطَخَہُ بِسَلْحِہِ فَأَطَرْتُہُ عَنْہُ فَوَ قَعَ عَلَی ھَذَا الْوَاقِفِ الآخَرِ فَانْتَھَزَتْہُ حَیَّۃٌ فَقَلَتْہُ، فَوَجَدْتُ فِی نَفْسِی أَنِّی أَطَرْتُہُ مِنْ مَنْزِلٍ کَانَ فِیہِ آمِنًا إِلَی مَوْقِعَۃٍ کَانَ فِیھَا حَتْفُہُ، فَقُلْتُ لِعُثْمَانَ: کِیْفَ تَرَی فِی عَنْرٍ ثَنِیَّۃٍ عَفْرَا ءَ نَحْکُمُ بِھَا عَلَی أَمِیرِ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ؟ قَالَ: أَرَی زَلِکَ ، فَأَمَرَبِھَا عُمَرُ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ۔

نافِعِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَارِثِ

عَنْ عَطَاٍء:أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ حُمَیْدِ قَتَلَ ابْنٌ لَھُ حَمَامَۃٍ، فَجَاءَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ ذَلِکَ لَھُ، فَقَالَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ ذَلِکَ لَھُ ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ:تَذْبَحُ شَاۃً فَتَصَدَّقُ بِھَا،قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَیْجٍ :فَقُلْتُ لِعَطَا ءٍ :أمِنْ حَمَامِ مَکَّۃ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ
