Musnad Imam Shafi

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ مِثْلَهُ إِلا أَنَّهُ أَصْبَتْ وَاضْطَرَبَتْ.

حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ مِثْلَهُ إِلا أَنَّهُ أَصْبَتْ وَاضْطَرَبَتْ. ← ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ ← ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ،

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، وَابْنُ أَبِي نَجيِحٍ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، قَالَ: كُنَّا عِنْدَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ فَجَاءَهُ أَعْرَابِيٌّ، فَقَالَ: إِنِّي أَعْطَيْتُ بَعْضَ بَنِيَّ نَاقَةً حَيَاتَهُ.قَالَ عَمْرٌو فِي الْحَدِيثِ: وَإِنَّهَا تَنَاتَجَتْ، وَقَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: وَإِنَّهَا أَضْنَتْ وَاضْطَرَبَتْ، فَقَالَ: هِيَ لَهُ حَيَاتَهُ وَمَوْتَهُ، قَالَ: فَإِنِّي تَصَدَّقْتُ بِهَا عَلَيْهِ، قَالَ: فَذَلِكَ أَبْعَدُ لَكَ مِنْهَا. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الصَّيْدِ وَالذَّبَائِحِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ أَوْ مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَعَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ يُحَدِّثَانِهِ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ أَتَى بِهِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي نَحَلْتُ ابْنِي هَذَا غُلامًا كَانَ لِي.فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَكُلَّ وَلَدِكَ نَحَلْتَ مِثْلَ هَذَا» ؟ فَقَالَ: لا.فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «فَارْجِعْهُ» . قَالَ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: كَانَ عِنْدَ أَصْحَابِنَا كُلِّهِمْ: مَالِكٌ فَلِذَلِكَ جَعَلْتُهُ بِالشَّكِّ. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا يَحِلُّ لِوَاهِبٍ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ فِيمَا وَهَبَ إِلا الْوَالِدَ مِنْ وَلَدِهِ» .أَخْرَجَهُ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ،عَنْ أُمِّهِ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، قَالَتْ: أَتَتْنِي أُمِّي رَاغِبَةً فِي عَهْدِ قُرَيْشٍ، فَسَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَصِلُهَا؟ قَالَ: «نَعَمْ» .

نَعَمْ ← أَتَتْنِي أُمِّي رَاغِبَةً فِي عَهْدِ قُرَيْشٍ، فَسَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَصِلُهَا؟ ← أَبِيهِ،عَنْ أُمِّهِ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، ← هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، ← سُفْيَانَ، ← الشَّافِعِیُّ

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ رَأَى حُلَّةً سِيرَاءَ عِنْدَ بَابِ الْمَسْجِدِ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، لَوِ اشْتَرَيْتَ هَذِهِ فَلَبِسْتَهَا يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَلِلْوُفُودِ إِذَا قَدِمُوا عَلَيْكَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّمَا يَلْبَسُ هَذِهِ مَنْ لا خَلاقَ لَهُ فِي الآخِرَةِ»ثُمَّ جَاءَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْهَا حُلَلٌ، فَأَعْطَى عُمَرَ مِنْهَا حُلَّةً.فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، كَسَوْتَنِيهَا وَقَدْ قُلْتَ فِي حُلَّةِ عُطَارِدٍ مَا قُلْتَ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَمْ أَكْسُكَهَا لِتَلْبَسَهَا»۔فَكَسَاهَا عُمَرُ أَخًا لَهُ مُشْرِكًا بِمَكَّةَ.أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الزَّكَاةِ، وَهُوَ آخِرُ حَدِيثٍ فِيهِ، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ إِيجَابِ الْجُمُعَةِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ مَلَكَ مِائَةَ سَهْمٍ مِنْ خَيْبَرَ اشْتَرَاهَا فَأَتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ مَا لَمْ أُصِبْ مِثْلَهُ قَطُّ، وَقَدْ أَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَتَقَرَّبَ بِهِ إِلَى اللَّهِ تَعَالَى، فَقَالَ: «حَبِّسِ الأَصْلَ وَسَبِّلِ الثَّمَرَةَ» .

أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ حَبِيبٍ الْقَاضِي وَهُوَ عُمَرُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ مِنْ خَيْبَرَ مَا لا لَمْ أُصِبْ مَالا قَطُّ أَعْجَبَ إِلَيَّ وَأَعْظَمَ عِنْدِي مِنْهُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنْ شِئْتَ حَبَّسْتَ أَصْلَهُ وَسَبَّلْتَ ثَمَرَهُ» ، فَتَصَدَّقَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ بِهِ ثُمَّ حَكَى صَدَقَتَهُ بِهِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: جَاءَ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ مَالا لَمْ أُصِبْ مِثْلَهُ قَطُّ، وَقَدْ أَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَتَقَرَّبَ بِهِ إِلَى اللَّهِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:«احْبِسْ أَصْلَهُ وَسَبِّلْ ثَمَرَهُ» .أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرَّضَاعِ، وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبَحِيرَةِ وَالسَّائِبَةِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ: أَنَّ طَارِقًا قَضَى بِالْمَدِينَةِ بِالْعُمْرَى عَنْ قَوْلِ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ حُجْرٍ الْمَدَرِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَعَلَ الْعُمْرَى لِلْوَارِثِ.
