أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ مَلَكَ مِائَةَ سَهْمٍ مِنْ خَيْبَرَ اشْتَرَاهَا فَأَتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ مَا لَمْ أُصِبْ مِثْلَهُ قَطُّ، وَقَدْ أَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَتَقَرَّبَ بِهِ إِلَى اللَّهِ تَعَالَى، فَقَالَ: «حَبِّسِ الأَصْلَ وَسَبِّلِ الثَّمَرَةَ» .

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Sufian, Abdullah ibn Umar, from Nafi, from Ibn 'Umar: that the age of the king of one hundred shares of Khyber bought came to the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, said:' O Messenger of Allah, I have found unless I have never had the same, and I wanted to draw him closer to God Almighty. He said, “Confine the origin and the path of the fruit.”

أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ حَبِيبٍ الْقَاضِي وَهُوَ عُمَرُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ مِنْ خَيْبَرَ مَا لا لَمْ أُصِبْ مَالا قَطُّ أَعْجَبَ إِلَيَّ وَأَعْظَمَ عِنْدِي مِنْهُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنْ شِئْتَ حَبَّسْتَ أَصْلَهُ وَسَبَّلْتَ ثَمَرَهُ» ، فَتَصَدَّقَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ بِهِ ثُمَّ حَكَى صَدَقَتَهُ بِهِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: جَاءَ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ مَالا لَمْ أُصِبْ مِثْلَهُ قَطُّ، وَقَدْ أَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَتَقَرَّبَ بِهِ إِلَى اللَّهِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:«احْبِسْ أَصْلَهُ وَسَبِّلْ ثَمَرَهُ» .أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرَّضَاعِ، وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبَحِيرَةِ وَالسَّائِبَةِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ أَعْمَرَ عُمْرَى لَهُ وَلِعَقِبِهِ، فَإِنَّهَا لِلَّذِي يُعْطَاهَا، لا تَرْجِعُ إِلَى الَّذِي أَعْطَاهَا؛ لأَنَّهُ أَعْطَى عَطَاءً وَقَعَتْ فِيهِ الْمَوَارِيثُ» .

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Malik from Ibn Shihab from Abu Salamah bin Abdul Rahman, from Jabir ibn Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said: «Emma Amer man Omri himself and his heel, it is the one who Aattaha, not She returns to the one who gave it, because he gave a gift and the inheritance fell on him.

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ: أَنَّ طَارِقًا قَضَى بِالْمَدِينَةِ بِالْعُمْرَى عَنْ قَوْلِ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.

Ibn 'Uainah told us, on the authority of Amr, on the authority of Solomon ibn Yasar: that Tariq had spent the city in Al-Omrah on the authority of Jaber, on the authority of Jabal, on the authority of Jabal Ali

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ حُجْرٍ الْمَدَرِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَعَلَ الْعُمْرَى لِلْوَارِثِ.

Ibn 'Uainah told us, on the authority of Amr, on a peacock, on the stone of Al-Madri, on the authority of Zaid bin Thabit: that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا تُعْمِرُوا وَلا تُرْقِبُوا، فَمَنْ أَعْمَرَ شَيْئًا أَوْ أَرْقَبَهُ فَهُوَ سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ» .

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ أَعْمَرَ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لَهُ» .

Sufyan told us, on the authority of Ibn Jarij, on the authority of Ata, on the authority of Jabir: that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever does something.”

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ حُجْرٍ الْمَدَرِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «الْعُمْرَى لِلْوَارِثِ» .أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، وَالْخَامِسَ وَالسَّادِسَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الصَّيْدِ وَالذَّبَائِحِ.
