أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ حُجْرٍ الْمَدَرِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «الْعُمْرَى لِلْوَارِثِ» .أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، وَالْخَامِسَ وَالسَّادِسَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الصَّيْدِ وَالذَّبَائِحِ.
