Hadith 1062
Ibn Habib told me the judge, Omar bin Habib, the son of Aoun from Nafi from Ibn Umar that Umar said: O Messenger of Allah, I have found from Khyber no I've never had money never impressed to the greatest I have him, said the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him And he recognized: “If you are imprisoned, its origin and its fruits are ceded.” So Omar ibn Al-Khattab gave charity, may God be pleased with him, and then his right to him.
