حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ أَنْبَأَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ يَحْيَی بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ کَثِيرِ بْنِ أَفْلَحَ عَنْ أَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ مَوْلَی أَبِي قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَفَّلَهُ سَلَبَ قَتِيلٍ قَتَلَهُ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ

It was narrated from Abu Muhammad, the freed slave of Abu Qatadah (from Abu Qatadah) that the Messenger of AIlah awarded him the spoils of a man whom he killed on the Day of Hunain. (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَالِکٍ الْأَشْجَعِيُّ عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدَبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ قَتَلَ فَلَهُ السَّلَبُ

It was narrated from the On of Samurah bin Jundub that his father said: "The Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H said: 'Whoever kills, the spoils are his.''' (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الصَّعْبُ بْنُ جَثَّامَةَ قَالَ سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ أَهْلِ الدَّارِ مِنْ الْمُشْرِکِينَ يُبَيَّتُونَ فَيُصَابُ النِّسَائُ وَالصِّبْيَانُ قَالَ هُمْ مِنْهُمْ

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said: "Sa'b bin Jaththamah said: 'The Prophet 'P.B.U.H was asked about the polytheists who are attacked at night. and their women and children are killed.' He said: 'They are from among them.''' (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَعِيلَ أَنْبَأَنَا وَکِيعٌ عَنْ عِکْرِمَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَکْوَعِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ غَزَوْنَا مَعَ أَبِي بَکْرٍ هَوَازِنَ عَلَی عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَتَيْنَا مَائً لِبَنِي فَزَارَةَ فَعَرَّسْنَا حَتَّی إِذَا کَانَ عِنْدَ الصُّبْحِ شَنَنَّاهَا عَلَيْهِمْ غَارَةً فَأَتَيْنَا أَهْلَ مَائٍ فَبَيَّتْنَاهُمْ فَقَتَلْنَاهُمْ تِسْعَةً أَوْ سَبْعَةَ أَبْيَاتٍ

It was narrated from lyas bin Salamah bin Akwa', that his father said: "We attacked Hawazin, with Abu Bakr, during the time of the Prophet P.B.U.H , and we arrived at an oasis belonging to Bani Fazarah during the last part of the night. We attacked at dawn. raiding the people of the oasis, and killed them, nine or seven households." (Hasan)

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ حَکِيمٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ أَنْبَأَنَا مَالِکُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَی امْرَأَةً مَقْتُولَةً فِي بَعْضِ الطَّرِيقِ فَنَهَی عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَائِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet P.B.U.H saw a woman who had been killed on the road, and he forbade killing women and children. (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا وَکِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ الْمُرَقَّعِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ صَيْفِيٍّ عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ الْکَاتِبِ قَالَ غَزَوْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَمَرَرْنَا عَلَی امْرَأَةٍ مَقْتُولَةٍ قَدْ اجْتَمَعَ عَلَيْهَا النَّاسُ فَأَفْرَجُوا لَهُ فَقَالَ مَا کَانَتْ هَذِهِ تُقَاتِلُ فِيمَنْ يُقَاتِلُ ثُمَّ قَالَ لِرَجُلٍ انْطَلِقْ إِلَی خَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ فَقُلْ لَهُ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْمُرُکَ يَقُولُ لَا تَقْتُلَنَّ ذُرِّيَّةً وَلَا عَسِيفًا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ الْمُرَقَّعِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ رَبَاحِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ قَالَ أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ يُخْطِئُ الثَّوْرِيُّ فِيهِ

It was narrated that Hanzalah Al-Katib said: "We went out to fight alongside the Messenger of Allah and we passed by a slain woman whom the people had gathered around. They parted (to let the Prophet P.B.U.H through) and he said: 'This (woman) was not one of those who were fighting.' Then he said to a man: 'Go to Khalid bin Walid :ann tell him that the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H Commands you: "Do not ill any Women or any (farm) aborer.'" (Sahih)(Another chain) that was narrated from Rabah bin Rabi', from the Prophet with similar wording. (Sahih) Abu Bakr bin Abu Shaibah said: "Thawri was mistaken in it.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَعِيلَ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ حَدَّثَنَا وَکِيعٌ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ أَبِي الْأَخْضَرِ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَی قَرْيَةٍ يُقَالُ لَهَا أُبْنَی فَقَالَ ائْتِ أُبْنَی صَبَاحًا ثُمَّ حَرِّقْ

It was narrated that Usamah bin Zaid said: "The Messenger of Allah sent me to a village called Ubna, and said: 'Go to Ubna in the morning and burn it:"

أَسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ← عُرْوَةَ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ، ← الزُّهْرِيِّ، ← صَالِحِ بْنِ أَبِي الأَخْضَرِ ← وَكِيعٌ، ← مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَعِيلَ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَرَّقَ نَخْلَ بَنِي النَّضِيرِ وَقَطَعَ وَهِيَ الْبُوَيْرَةُ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مَا قَطَعْتُمْ مِنْ لِينَةٍ أَوْ تَرَکْتُمُوهَا قَائِمَةً الْآيَةَ الْآيَةَ

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H burned the palm trees of Banu Nadir, and cut down Buwairah (the name of their garden). Then Allah revealed the words: "What you (0 Muslims) cut down of the palm trees (of the enemy), or you left them standing . (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُقْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَرَّقَ نَخْلَ بَنِي النَّضِيرِ وَقَطَعَ وَفِيهِ يَقُولُ شَاعِرُهُمْ فَهَانَ عَلَی سَرَاةِ بَنِي لُؤَيٍّ حَرِيقٌ بِالْبُوَيْرَةِ مُسْتَطِيرُ

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet P.B.U.H burned palm trees of Banu Nadir an cut them down. Concerning that, their poet said: "It is easy for the elite of Banu Luai -To burn AI-Buwairah in a frightening manner." (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَعِيلَ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا وَکِيعٌ عَنْ عِکْرِمَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَکْوَعِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ غَزَوْنَا مَعَ أَبِي بَکْرٍ هَوَازِنَ عَلَی عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَنَفَّلَنِي جَارِيَةً مِنْ بَنِي فَزَارَةَ مِنْ أَجْمَلِ الْعَرَبِ عَلَيْهَا قَشْعٌ لَهَا فَمَا کَشَفْتُ لَهَا عَنْ ثَوْبٍ حَتَّی أَتَيْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ فَلَقِيَنِي النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي السُّوقِ فَقَالَ لِلَّهِ أَبُوکَ هَبْهَا لِي فَوَهَبْتُهَا لَهُ فَبَعَثَ بِهَا فَفَادَی بِهَا أُسَارَی مِنْ أُسَارَی الْمُسْلِمِينَ کَانُوا بِمَکَّةَ

It was narrated from Ayas bin Salamah bin Akwa' that his father said: "We attacked,Hawaz in at the time of the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H with Abu Bakr. He awarded me a slave girl from Banu Fazarah, among the most beautiful of the Arabs, who was wearing an animal skin of hers. I did not divest her of her clothing until I reached AI-Madinah. Then the Prophet P.B.U.H met me in the marketplace, and said: 'By Allah, give her to me.' So I gave her to him, and he sent her as a ransom for some of the Muslim prisoners who were in Makkah." (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ ذَهَبَتْ فَرَسٌ لَهُ فَأَخَذَهَا الْعَدُوُّ فَظَهَرَ عَلَيْهِمْ الْمُسْلِمُونَ فَرُدَّ عَلَيْهِ فِي زَمَنِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ وَأَبَقَ عَبْدٌ لَهُ فَلَحِقَ بِالرُّومِ فَظَهَرَ عَلَيْهِمْ الْمُسْلِمُونَ فَرَدَّهُ عَلَيْهِ خَالِدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said that a horse of his went au t and the enemy captured it. Then the Muslims defeated them and it was returned to him. (That was) during the time of the Messenger of Allah . He said: "And a slave of his absconded and joined up with the Romans, then the Muslims defeated them, and Khalid bin Walid returned him to me, after the death of the Messenger of Allah." (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ کَانَ عَلَی ثَقَلِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلٌ يُقَالُ لَهُ کِرْکِرَةُ فَمَاتَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هُوَ فِي النَّارِ فَذَهَبُوا يَنْظُرُونَ فَوَجَدُوا عَلَيْهِ کِسَائً أَوْ عَبَائَةً قَدْ غَلَّهَا

It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin 'Amr said: "There was a man called Kirkirah in charge of the goods of the Prophet P.B.U.H , who clied. The Prophet P.B.U.H said: 'He is in Hell.' They went and looked, and found him wearing a garment or a cloak that he had stolen from the spoil of war." (Sahih)
