8416 - عَنْ حَابِسٍ التَّمِيمِيِّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ: " «لَا شَيْءَ فِي الْهَامِ، وَالْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ، وَأَصْدَقُ الطَّيْرِ الْفَأْلُ» ". قُلْتُ: رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ خَلَا قَوْلَهُ: " «وَأَصْدَقُ الطَّيْرِ الْفَأْلُ» ". رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ، وَأَبُو يَعْلَى، وَفِيهِ حَبَّةُ بْنُ حَابِسٍ لَمْ يَرْوِ عَنْهُ غَيْرُ يَحْيَى، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ.

8417 - وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ: " «لَا شَيْءَ فِي الْهَامِ، وَالْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ، وَأَصْدَقُ الطَّيْرِ الْفَأْلُ» ". رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ، وَفِيهِ عُفَيْرُ بْنُ مَعْدَانَ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ.
