أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي لَبِيدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَامَ بِالْجَابِيَةِ خَطِيبًا، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَامَ فِينَا كَقِيَامِي فِيكُمْ، فَقَالَ: «أَكْرِمُوا أَصْحَابِي ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ ثُمَّ يَظْهَرُ الْكَذِبُ حَتَّى إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَحْلِفُ وَلا يُسْتَحْلَفُ وَيَشْهَدُ وَلا يُسْتَشْهَدُ أَلا فَمَنْ سَرَّهُ أَنْ يَسْكُنَ بُحْبُوحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ فَلْيَلْزَمِ الْجَمَاعَةَ؛ فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ مَعَ الْفَذِّ، وَهُوَ مِنَ الاثْنَيْنِ أَبْعَدُ وَلا يَخْلُوَنَّ رَجُلٌ بِامْرَأَةٍ، فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ ثَالِثُهُمَا وَمَنْ سَرَّتْهُ حَسَنَتُهُ وَسَاءَتْهُ سَيِّئَتُهُ فَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ» . أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرِّسَالَةِ.
