أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ أَبِي النَّضْرِ مَوْلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، سَمِعَ عُبَيْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ أَبِي رَافِعٍ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لا أَلْفَيَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ مُتَّكِئًا عَلَى أَرِيكَتِهِ يَأْتِيهِ الأَمْرُ مِنْ أَمْرِي مِمَّا أَمَرْتُ بِهِ أَوْ نَهَيْتُ عَنْهُ، فَيَقُولُ: لا أَدْرِي، مَا وَجَدْنَا فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ اتَّبَعْنَاهُ ".

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us the son Uyaynah, Salem Abu Nadr sire Omar bin Obeid-Allah, heard the servants of Allah ibn Abi Rafi happens, from his father: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said: "No two thousand of you leaning on Oricth come to him It is my command from what I commanded or forbade it, and he says: I do not know, what we found in the Book of God we followed. "
