أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أَعْظَمُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فِي الْمُسْلِمِينَ جُرْمًا مَنْ سَأَلَ عَنْ شَيْءٍ لَمْ يَكُنْ يَعْنِي مُحَرَّمًا فَحُرِّمَ مِنْ أَجْلِ مَسْأَلَتِهِ» .
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1799
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Ibrahim bin Saad, Ibn Shihab from Amer bin Saad from his father: that the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: «the greatest Muslims in Muslim crime than he asked for something that did not mean a taboo forbidding for His question.
