Musnad Imam Shafi

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلابَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، قَالَ: أَسَرَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلا مِنْ بَنِي عُقَيْلٍ، وَكَانَتْ ثَقِيفٌ قَدْ أَسَرَتْ رَجُلَيْنِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَفَدَاهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالرَّجُلَيْنِ اللَّذَيْنِ أَسَرَتْهُمَا ثَقِيفٌ.

عِمْرَانَ بْنِ الْحُصَیْنِ ← أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ، ← أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ← أَيُّوبَ ← عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ، ← الشَّافِعِیِّ،

أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّقَفِيُّ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلابَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، قَالَ: أَسَرَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلا مِنْ بَنِي عُقَيْلٍ، فَأَوْثَقُوهُ فَطَرَحُوهُ فِي الْحَرَّةِ، فَمَرَّ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَنَحْنُ مَعَهُ أَوْ قَالَ: أَتَى عَلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى حِمَارٍ، وَتَحْتَهُ قَطِيفَةٌ، فَنَادَاهُ: يَا مُحَمَّدُ يَا مُحَمَّدُ. فَأَتَاهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: «مَا شَأْنُكَ» ؟ فَقَالَ: فِيمَ أُخِذْتُ وَفِيمَ أُخِذَتْ سَابِقَةُ الْحَاجِّ؟ قَالَ: أُخِذَتْ بِجَرِيرَةِ حُلَفَائِكُمْ ثَقِيفٍ ". وَكَانَتْ ثَقِيفٌ أَسَرَتْ رَجُلَيْنِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَتَرَكَهُ وَمَضَى، فَنَادَاهُ: يَا مُحَمَّدُ يَا مُحَمَّدُ، فَرَحِمَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَرَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ، فَقَالَ: مَا شَأْنُكَ؟ قَالَ: إِنِّي مُسْلِمٌ، قَالَ: لَوْ قُلْتَهَا وَأَنْتَ تَمْلِكُ أَمْرَكَ أَفْلَحْتَ كُلَّ الْفَلاحِ. قَالَ: فَتَرَكَهُ وَمَضَى، فَنَادَاهُ: يَا مُحَمَّدُ يَا مُحَمَّدُ، فَرَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ، فَقَالَ: إِنِّي جَائِعٌ فَأَطْعِمْنِي قَالَ: وَأَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ: وَإِنِّي عَطْشَانُ فَاسْقِنِي. قَالَ: «هَذِهِ حَاجَتُكَ» . فَفَدَاهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالرَّجُلَيْنِ اللَّذَيْنِ أَسَرَتْهُمَا ثَقِيفٌ وَأَخَذَ نَاقَتَهُ تِلْكَ.

He said: So he left him and went away, then he called him: Muhammad, Muhammad. He said to me: and I think he said: I am thirsty Vasagna. He said: «This need». عِمْرَانَ بْنِ الْحُصَیْنِ ← أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ، ← أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ← أَيُّوبَ ← الثَّقَفِيُّ

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلابَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَادَى رَجُلا بِرَجُلَيْنِ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الأُسَارَى والْغُلُولِ، وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ قِسْمَةِ الْفَيْءِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَتَبَ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ أَنَّ عَلَى كُلِّ إِنْسَانٍ مِنْكُمْ دِينَارًا كُلَّ سَنَةٍ أَوْ قَيِمَتَهُ مِنَ الْمَعَافِرِ، يَعْنِي: أَهْلَ الذِّمَّةِ مِنْهُمْ.

عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِیْزِ ← إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي حَكِيمٍ، ← إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ← الشَّافِعِیِّ،

أَخْبَرَنِي مُطَرِّفُ بْنُ مَازِنٍ، وَهِشَامُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، بِإِسْنَادٍ لا أَحْفَظُهُ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ حَسَنٌ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَضَ عَلَى أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ مِنَ الْيَمَنِ دِينَارًا كُلَّ سَنَةٍ، فَقُلْتُ لِمُطَرِّفِ بْنِ مَازِنٍ: فَإِنَّهُ يُقَالُ: وَعَلَى النِّسَاءِ أَيْضًا، فَقَالَ: لَيْسَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخَذَ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ ثَابِتًا عِنْدَهُ.

هِشَامُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، بِإِسْنَادٍ لا أَحْفَظُهُ غَيْرَ ← مُطَرِّفُ بْنُ مَازِنٍ،

أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ، عَنْ أَبِي الْحُوَيْرِثِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ضَرَبَ عَلَى نَصْرَانِيٍّ بِمَكَّةَ، يُقَالُ لَهُ: مَوْهَبٌ، دِينَارًا كُلَّ سَنَةٍ. وَأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ضَرَبَ عَلَى نَصَارَى أَيْلَةَ ثَلاثَ مِائَةِ دِينَارٍ كُلَّ سَنَةٍ، وَأَنْ يُضِيفُوا مَنْ مَرَّ بِهِمْ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ثَلاثًا وَلا يَغُشُّوا مُسْلِمًا.

أَبِی الْحُوَیْرِثِ ← إِبْرَاهِيمُ:

أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يَوْمَئِذٍ ثَلاثَ مِائَةٍ، فَضَرَبَ عَلَيْهِمُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثَلاثَ مِائَةِ دِينَارٍ كُلَّ سَنَةٍ. أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْجِزْيَةِ.

إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، ← إِبْرَاهِيمُ:

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ذَكَرَ الْمَجُوسَ، فَقَالَ: مَا أَدْرِي كَيْفَ أَصْنَعُ فِي أَمْرِهِمْ. فَقَالَ لَهُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ: أَشْهَدُ لَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «سُنُّوا بِهِمْ سُنَّةَ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ» .

أَبِيهِ ← جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ← مَالِكٍ، ← الشَّافِعِیِّ،

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، سَمِعَ بَجَالَةَ يَقُولُ: لَمْ يَكُنْ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَخَذَ الْجِزْيَةَ مِنَ الْمَجُوسِ حَتَّى شَهِدَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخَذَهَا مِنْ مَجُوسِ هَجَرَ.

بَجَالَةَ ← عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، ← سُفْيَانَ،

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعْدٍ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمَرْزُبَانِ، عَنْ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ فَرْوَةُ بْنُ نَوْفَلٍ الأَشْجَعِيُّ: عَلامَ تُؤْخَذُ الْجِزْيَةُ مِنَ الْمَجُوسِ، وَلَيْسُوا بِأَهْلِ كِتَابٍ، فَقَامَ إِلَيْهِ الْمُسْتَوْرِدُ، فَأَخَذَ بِلَبَّتِهِ، فَقَالَ: يَا عَدُوَّ اللَّهِ، تَطْعَنُ عَلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ وَعَلِيٍّ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، يَعْنِي: عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ، وَقَدْ أَخَذُوا مِنْهُمُ الْجِزْيَةَ، فَذَهَبَ بِهِ إِلَى الْقَصْرِ، فَخَرَجَ عَلَيْهِمْ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، فَقَالَ: اتَّئِدَا، فَجَلَسَا فِي ظِلِّ الْقَصْرِ، فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَا أَعْلَمُ النَّاسِ بِالْمَجُوسِ، كَانَ لَهُمْ عِلْمٌ يَعْلَمُونَهُ، وَكِتَابٌ يَدْرُسُونَهُ، وَإِنَّ مَلِكَهُمْ سَكِرَ، فَوَقَعَ عَلَى ابْنَتِهِ أَوْ أُخْتِهِ، فَاطَّلَعَ عَلَيْهِ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ مَمْلَكَتِهِ، فَلَمَّا صَحَا جَاءُوا يُقِيمُونَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ، فَامْتَنَعَ مِنْهُمْ فَدَعَا أَهْلَ مَمْلَكَتِهِ، فَقَالَ: تَعْلَمُونَ دِينًا خَيْرًا مِنْ دِينِ آدَمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ، قَدْ كَانَ آدَمُ يُنْكِحُ بَنِيهِ مِنْ بَنَاتِهِ فَأَنَا عَلَى دِينِ آدَمَ، مَا يَرْغَبُ بِكُمْ عَنْ دِينِهِ، فَتَابَعُوهُ وَقَاتَلُوا الَّذِينَ خَالَفُوهُمْ، حَتَّى قَتَلُوهُمْ فَأَصْبَحُوا وَقَدْ أُسْرِيَ عَلَى كِتَابِهِمْ، فَرُفِعَ مِنْ بَيْنِ أَظْهُرِهِمْ وَذَهَبَ الْعِلْمُ الَّذِي فِي صُدُورِهِمْ وَهُمْ أَهْلُ كِتَابٍ، وَقَدْ أَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا الْجِزْيَةَ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْجِزْيَةِ، وَالثَّانِيَ وَالثَّالِثَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.
