أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعْدٍ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمَرْزُبَانِ، عَنْ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ فَرْوَةُ بْنُ نَوْفَلٍ الأَشْجَعِيُّ: عَلامَ تُؤْخَذُ الْجِزْيَةُ مِنَ الْمَجُوسِ، وَلَيْسُوا بِأَهْلِ كِتَابٍ، فَقَامَ إِلَيْهِ الْمُسْتَوْرِدُ، فَأَخَذَ بِلَبَّتِهِ، فَقَالَ: يَا عَدُوَّ اللَّهِ، تَطْعَنُ عَلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ وَعَلِيٍّ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، يَعْنِي: عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ، وَقَدْ أَخَذُوا مِنْهُمُ الْجِزْيَةَ، فَذَهَبَ بِهِ إِلَى الْقَصْرِ، فَخَرَجَ عَلَيْهِمْ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، فَقَالَ: اتَّئِدَا، فَجَلَسَا فِي ظِلِّ الْقَصْرِ، فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَا أَعْلَمُ النَّاسِ بِالْمَجُوسِ، كَانَ لَهُمْ عِلْمٌ يَعْلَمُونَهُ، وَكِتَابٌ يَدْرُسُونَهُ، وَإِنَّ مَلِكَهُمْ سَكِرَ، فَوَقَعَ عَلَى ابْنَتِهِ أَوْ أُخْتِهِ، فَاطَّلَعَ عَلَيْهِ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ مَمْلَكَتِهِ، فَلَمَّا صَحَا جَاءُوا يُقِيمُونَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ، فَامْتَنَعَ مِنْهُمْ فَدَعَا أَهْلَ مَمْلَكَتِهِ، فَقَالَ: تَعْلَمُونَ دِينًا خَيْرًا مِنْ دِينِ آدَمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ، قَدْ كَانَ آدَمُ يُنْكِحُ بَنِيهِ مِنْ بَنَاتِهِ فَأَنَا عَلَى دِينِ آدَمَ، مَا يَرْغَبُ بِكُمْ عَنْ دِينِهِ، فَتَابَعُوهُ وَقَاتَلُوا الَّذِينَ خَالَفُوهُمْ، حَتَّى قَتَلُوهُمْ فَأَصْبَحُوا وَقَدْ أُسْرِيَ عَلَى كِتَابِهِمْ، فَرُفِعَ مِنْ بَيْنِ أَظْهُرِهِمْ وَذَهَبَ الْعِلْمُ الَّذِي فِي صُدُورِهِمْ وَهُمْ أَهْلُ كِتَابٍ، وَقَدْ أَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا الْجِزْيَةَ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْجِزْيَةِ، وَالثَّانِيَ وَالثَّالِثَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.

Tell us Sufian, Abu Saad Said bin satrap, Nasr bin Asim, he said: scalp bin Nawfal Ashja'i: Allam said, taken the tribute of the Magi, and not the people of the book, he arose to the importer, he went Blapth, he said: O enemy of God, challenging the Abu Bakr And Omar and Ali, the Commander of the Faithful, means: Ali, may God be pleased with them, and they took the tribute from them, so the thing is that, for God’s sake, With him, he said: Atida, Fjelsa under the palace, said Ali may Allah be pleased with him: I know people Palmjus, they had learned they teach, and the book they teach, though their own sugar, and he fell on his daughter or sister, read him some of the people of his kingdom, and when he awoke came staying He is the limit, so he abstained from them, and he called the people of his kingdom, so he said: You know a better debt than the debt of Adam, whoever peace be upon him. E I am on the religion of Adam, what he wants you to his religion, Fattabaoh and who fought Khalvohm, even killed them who now has a family on their book, lifted up among the mushrikeen and gold flag, which in their chests and the people of the book, has taken the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, Abu Bakr and Umar May Allah reward them. Take out the first from the tribute book, and the second and third from the second part of the hadith variation.
