أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، وَسُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا يَبِيعُ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ» .

Tell us the owner, and Sufian, from Abu trigger, the lame, from Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him he said: «Do not sell one another to sell some».

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ← الْأَعْرَجِ ← أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، ← مَالِكٌ، وَسُفْيَانُ،

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا يَبِيعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ» .

Sufyan told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Ibn al-Musayyib, on the authority of Abu Hurairah: that the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said:

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ← ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ← الزُّهْرِيِّ، ← سُفْيَانَ،

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ. أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.

Sufyan told us, on the authority of Ayoub, on the authority of Ibn Sirin, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. Take the four hadiths out from the second part of the hadeeth’s difference.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ» .

Al-Shafi’i, may God be pleased with him, told us, he said: Malik told us, on the authority of Nafi, on the authority of Ibn Omar: that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said:

ابْنِ عُمَرَ ← نَافِعٍ ← مَالِكٍ، ← الشَّافِعِیِّ،

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ، دَعُوا النَّاسَ يَرْزُقُ اللَّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ»

Sufyan told us, on the authority of Abu Al-Zanzad, on the authority of Jaber: that the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “He who does not sell is present, for no reason.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا تَلَقَّوُا السِّلَعَ» . أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.

Malik told us, on the authority of Abu Al-Zennad, on the lame, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Take the three hadiths out from the second part of the hadeeth difference.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حِبَّانَ، وَعَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُلامَسَةِ وَالْمُنَابَذَةِ. أَخْرَجَهُ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us the owner, Mohammed bin Yahya bin Hibbaan, and my father trigger, the lame, from Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him and forbade contact Almnabzh. Bring it in the book of the difference of Malik and Al-Shafi’i.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنِ النَّجْشِ.

Al-Shafi’i, may God be pleased with him, told us, he said: Malik told us, on the authority of Nafi`, on the authority of Ibn Omar: that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لا تَنَاجَشُوا» .

Sufyan told us, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Ibn al-Musayyib, on the authority of Abu Huraira, may God be pleased with him, who said: God’s Messenger, may God’s prayers be upon him, said:

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ← ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ← ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، ← سُفْيَانَ،

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، وَمَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ مِثْلَهُ.

Sufyan and Malik told us about Abu Al-Zinad about the lame, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him the same.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلا بَعْدَ أَنْ تُؤَبَّرَ فَثَمَرُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ إِلا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ» .

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Sufian, syphilis, Salem, from his father: that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him said: «who sold Nkhala after Tabr Fetmrha the seller but required Alambtaa».

أَبِيهِ ← سَالِمٍ ← الزُّهْرِيِّ، ← سُفْيَانَ، ← الشَّافِعِیِّ،
