أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حِبَّانَ، وَعَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُلامَسَةِ وَالْمُنَابَذَةِ. أَخْرَجَهُ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1362
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us the owner, Mohammed bin Yahya bin Hibbaan, and my father trigger, the lame, from Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him and forbade contact Almnabzh. Bring it in the book of the difference of Malik and Al-Shafi’i.
