عَنْ أَبِی مَسْعُودٍ الأَنَصَارِیِّ، قَالَ: انْکَسَفَتِ الشَّمْسُ یَوْمَ مَاتَ إِبْرَاھِیمُ ابْنُ رَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ النَّاسُ: انْکَسَفَتِ الشَّمْسُ لَموْتِ إِبْراھِیمَ، فَقَالَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیہِ وَسَلَّمَ:((إِنَّ الشِّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ آیَتَانِ مِنْ آیَاتِ اللہِ عِزَّوَجَلَّ، لا یَنْکَسِفَان لَمَوْتِ أَحَدٍ وَلا لِحَیَاتَہِ، فإِذَا رَأَیْتُمْ ذَلِکَ فَافْزَعُوا إِلَی ذِکْرِ اللہِ، وَإِلَی الصِّلاۃِ))

عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِی اللہُ عَنْہُ، قَالَ: خُسِفَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَضَلَّی النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَحَکَی ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ صَلاتَہُ رَکْعَتَیْنِ فِی کُلِّ رَکْعَۃٍ رَکْعَتَیْنِ ثُمَّ خَطَبَھُمْ، فَقَالَ:((إِنَّ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ آیتَا مَنْ آیاتِ اللہ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لا یُخْسَفَانِ لِمَوْتِ أَحَدٍ، وَلا لِحَیَاتِہِ، فَإِذَا رَأَیْتُمْ ذَلِکْ فَافْزَ عُوا إِلَی ذِکْرِاللہِ))۔

عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ الْقَمَرَ کُیِفَ وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ بِالْبَصْرَیۃِ، فَخَرَجَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فَصَلَّی بِنَا رَکْعَتَیْنِ فِی کُلِّ رَکْعَۃٍ رَکْعَتَیْنِ ثُمَّ رَکِبِ فَخَطَبَنَا، فَقَالَ:إِنَمَا صَلَّیْتُ کَمَا رَأَیْتُ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یْصَلِّی۔وَقَالَ:إِنِّمَا الشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ آیَتَان مَنْ آیَاتِ اللہِ لا یُخْسَفَان لِمَوْتِ أَحَدٍ وَلا لَحَیَاتِہِ، فَإِذَا رَأَیْتُمْ شَیْنّا مِنْھَا خَاسِفًا فَلْیکُنْ فَزَعُکُمْ إَلَی اللہِ تَعَالَی

عَنْ عَبْدِاللہِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: خُسِفَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَصَلَّی رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیہِ وَسَلَّمَ وَالنَّاسُ مَعَہُ، فَقَامَ قِیَامًا طَوِیلا وَھُوَ دُونَ الْقِیَامِ الأَ وَّلِ ثُمَّ رَکَعَ رُکُوعًا طَوِیلا وَھُوَدُونَ الرُّکُوعِ الأّ وَل، ثُمَّ سَجَدَ، ثُمَّ قَامَ قِیَامَا طَوِیلا، وَہُودُنَ الْقِیَامِ الأَوَلِ، ثُمَّ رَکَعَ رُکوُعَا طَوِیلا، وَھُوَدُونَ الرُّکُوعِ الأَوَلِ ،ثُمَّ رَفَعَ فَقَامَ قَیَامًا طَوِیلا، وَھُوَ دُونَ الْقَیِامِ الأَوَلِ، ثُمَّ رَکَعَ رُکُوعًا طَوِیلا، وَھُوَدُونَ الرُّکُوعِ الأَوَلِ، ثُمَّ سَجَدَ، ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ، وَقَدْ تَجَلَّتِ الشَّمْسُ۔ فَقَالَ:((إِنَّ الشَّمْسَ والْقَمَرَ آتِیَان مِنْ آیَاتِ اللہِ لا یُخْسَفَان لَمَوْتِ أَحَدٍ وَلا لَحَیَاتِہِ، فَإِذَا رَأَیْتُمْ ذَلِکَ فَاذَلِکَ فَاذْکُرُ واللہَ))، قالوا: یَارَسُولَ اللہِ، رَأَبْنَاکَ فِی مَقَامِکَ شَیْئّا، ثُمَّ رَأَیْنَاکَ کَأٓنَکَ تَکعْکمْت۔ قَالَ:((إِنِّی رَأَیْتُ أَوْ أُرِیتُ الْجَنَّۃَ، فَتَنَاوَلْتُ مَنْھَا عُنْقُودًا، وَلَوْ أَخَذتُہُ لا کَلْتُمْ منْہُ مَا بَقِیَتِ الدُّنْیَا وَرَأَیْتُ أَوْیتُ النَّارَ فَلَمْ أَرَکَا لْیْوْمِ مَنْظَرًا وَرَأیْتُ أکْثَرَ أَھْلِھَا النِّسَاءَ))، قَالُوا: لِمَ یَارَسُولَ اللہِ؟ قَالَ:((بِکُفْرِ ھِنَّ))، قِیلَ: أَیَکْفُرْنَ بِاللہِ؟ قَالَ: "یَکْفُرْنَ الْعَشِیرَ، وَیَکْفُرْنَ الإِ حْسَانَ لَوْ أَحْسَنْتَ إِلَی إِحْدَ اھُنَّ الدَّھْرَ، ثُمَّ رَأَتْ مَنْکَ شَیْئًا، قَالَت: مَا رَأَیْتُ مِنْکَ خَیْرًا قَطُّ۔"
