Musnad Imam Shafi

عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَیْجِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَی رَجُلا مُحْرِمًا بِحَبْلِ أَبْرَقَ فَقَالَ: انْزعِ الْحَبْلَ مَرَّتَیْنِ۔

On the authority of Ibn Jarijj: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, saw a man forbidden with a rope of lightning and said: Get off the gun

ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ،

عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ، قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ یَسْأَلُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ وَأَنَا مَعَہُ فَقَالَ: أُخَالِفُ بَیْنَ طَرَفَیْ ثَوْبِی مِنْ وَرَائِی ثُمَّ أَعْقِدُہُ وَأَنَا مُحْرِمٌ۔ فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللہِ بْنُ عُمَرَ: لا تَعْقِدْ شَیْئًا۔

On the authority of Muslim Ibn Jandab, he said: A man came and asked Ibn Omar, and I am with him, and he said: I disagree between the two sides of Thame’s Abdullah ibn Umar said: Do not hold anything۔

مُسْلِمِ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ

أَنَّ نَافِعًا أَخْبَرَہُ: أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَلَمْ یَکُنْ عَقَدَ الثَّوْبَ عَلَیْہِ ، إِنَّمَا غَرَزَ طَرَفَیْہِ عَلَی إِزِارِہِ۔

عَنْ طَاوُسٍ قَالَ: رَأَیْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ یَسْعَی بِالْبَیْتِ وَقَدْ حَزَمَ عَلَی بَطْنِہِ بِثَوْبٍ۔

On the authority of Tawoos he said: I saw Ibn 'Umar seek in the house and was packed on the stomach of the garment with a garment۔

طَاوْسٍ

عَنْ أَبِی جَعْفَرِ ، قَالَ:أَبْصَرَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ عَلَی عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ ثَوْبَیْنِ مُضَرَّجَیْنِ وَھُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، فَقَالَ: مَا ھَذِہِ الثِّیَابُ؟ فَقَالَ: عَلِیُّ بْنُ أَبِی طَالِبٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ : مَا أَخْالُ أَحَدًا یُعَلِّمُنَا السُّنَّۃَ، فَسَکَتَ عُمَرُ۔

On the authority of Abu Ja`far, he said: Omar ibn al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of Abdullah ibn Ja`far, was a thundered garment that was agitated, so it was agitated. He said: Ali ibn Abi Talib, may God be pleased with him, said: "Nobody would have ever imagined that the Sunnah would teach us, and Omar was silent."

أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ،

عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِکٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ ﷺ نَہَی أَنْ أَنْ یَتَزَ عْفَرَ الرَّجُلُ۔

On the authority of Anas ibn Malik, may God be pleased with him: The Messenger of God ﷺ We intend that the honor of the man’s gem will be tightened۔

اَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِکٍ،

عَنْ نَافِعِ: أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ کَانَ یَکْرَہُ لُبْسَ الْمِنْطَقَۃِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ۔ أَخْرَجَ الثَّمَانِیَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ ، وَالتَّاسِعَ فِی کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِکٍ وَالشَّافِعِیِّ۔

نَافِعٍ

عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ یَعْلَی بْنِ أُمَیَّۃَ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ، قَالَ: کُنَّا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْجِعِرَّانَۃِ ، فَأَتَاہُ رَجُلٌ وَعَلَیْہِ مُقَطَّعَۃٌ، یَعْنِی: جُبَّۃً، وَھُوَ مُتَضَمِّخٌ بِالْخَلُوقِ فَقَالَ: یَارَسُولَ اللہِ ، إِنِّی أَنِّی أَحْرَمْتُ بِالْعُمْرَۃِ وَھَذِہِ عَلَیَّ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ:(( فَمَا کُنْتَ تَصْنَعُ فِی حَجِّکَ؟)) قَالَ: کُنْتُ أَنْزعُ ھَذِہِ الْمُقَطَّعَۃَ، وَأَغْسِلُ ھَذَا الْخَلُوقَ۔ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ:(( فَمَا کُنْتَ صَانِعًا فِی حَجِّکَ فَاصْنَعْہُ فِی عُمْرَتِکَ))۔

أَبِيهِ ← صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَعْلَى بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ

عَنْ صَفْوَانَ یَعْلَی بْنِ أَمَیَّۃَ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ : أَنَّ أَعْرَابِیًّا أَتَی النَّبِیَّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعَلَیْہِ إِمَّا قَالَ: قَمِیضٌ ، وَإِمَّا قَالَ: جُبَّۃٌ، وَبِہِ أَثَرُ صُفْرَۃٍ ، فَقَالَ: أَحْرَمْتُ وَھَذَا عَلَیَّ ، فَقَالَ:"انْزَعْ إِمَّا قَالَ:جُبَّتَکَ وَاغْسِلْ ھَذِہِ الصُّفْرَۃَ عَنْکَ ، وَافْعَلْ فِی عُمْرَتِکَ مَا تَفْعَلُ فِی حَجِّکَ۔" أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ وَالثَّانِیَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْحَجِّ مِنَ الأَمَالِی۔

أَبِيهِ ← صَفْوَانَ یَعْلَی بْنِ أَمَیَّۃَ،

عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَہْہِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّہُ قَالَ:((لا یَحِلُّ لا مْرَأَۃٍ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللہِ وَالْیَوْمِ الآخِرِ تُسَافِرُ مَسِیرَۃَ یَوْمٍ وَلَیْلَۃٍ إِلا مَعَ ذِی مَحْرَمٍ))

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یَخْطُبُ یَقُولُ:(( لا یَخْلُوَنَّ رَجُلٌ بِامْرَأَۃٍ، وَلا یَحِلُّ لا مْرَأَۃٍ أَنْ تُسَافِرَ إِلا وَمَعَھَا ذُو مَحْرَمٍ))۔ فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ: یَارَسُولَ اللہِ ، إِنِّی اکْتُتِبْتُ فِی غَزْوِ کَذَا وَکَذَا ، وَإِنَّ امْرَأَتِی انْطَلَقَتْ حَاجَّۃً قَالَ:(( انْطَلِقْ فَا حْجُجْ بِامْرَأَتِکَ))۔

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا جَابِرٌ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ وَھُوَ یُحَدِّثُ عَنْ حَجَّۃِ النَّبِیِّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: فَلَمَّا کُنَّا بِذِی الْحُلَیْفَۃِ وَلَدَتْ أَسْمَا ءُ بِنْتُ عُمَیْسٍ، فَأَمَرَھَا بِالْغُسْلِ وَالإِحْرَامِ۔
