عَنْ رَجُلِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: کَانَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فِی سَفَرٍ، فَعَرَّسَ، فَقَالَ:((أَلا رَجُلٌ صَالِحٌ یَکْلَؤُنَا اللَّیْلَۃَ؟ لا نَرْقُدُ عَنِ الصَّلاۃِ))، فَقَالَ بِلالٌ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ:أَنَا یَا رَسُولَ اللہِ، قَالَ:فَا سْتَنَدَ بِلالٌ إِلَی رَاحِلَتِہِ، وَاسْتَقْبَلَ الْفَجْرَ فَلَمْ یَفْزَعُوا إِلا الشَّمْسِ فِی وَجُوھِھِمْ۔ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ :((یَابِلالُ))، فَقَالَ بِلالُ:یَا رَسُولَ اللہِ، أَخْزَ بِنَفْیِی الَّذِی أَخَذَ بِنَفْسِکَ۔ قَالَ: فَتَوضَّا رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ، ثَّمَّ صَلَّی رَکْعَتَیِ الْفَجْرِ، ثُمَّ اقْتَادُوا شَّیْئَا، قَالَ: ثُمَّ صَلَّہ الْفَجْرَ

عَنْ أَبِی سَعِیدٍ، قَالَ: حُبِسْنَا یَوْمَ الْخَنْدَقِ عَنِ الصَّالاۃِ حَتَّی کَانَ بَعْدَ الْمَغْرِبِ بِھَوِیْ مِنَ اللَّیْلِ حَتَّی کُفِینَاہُ، وَذَلِکَ قُوْلُ اللہِ عَزَّرَجَلَّ:((وَکَفَی اللہُ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ الْقِتَالَ وَکاَنَ اللہُ قَوِیَّا عَزِیزَا) فَدَعَا رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ بِلالا، فَأَمَرَہُ، فَأَقَامَ الظُّھْرَ فَصَلاھَا فَأَحْسَنَ صَلاتَھَا کَمَا کَانَ یُصَلِّیھَا فِی وَقْتِھَا، ثُمَّ أَقْامَ الْعَصْرَ فَصَلاھَا کَذِلِکَ، ثُمَّ أَقْامَ الْمَغْرِبَ فَصَلاھَا کَذِلِکَ ثُمَّ أَقْامَ الْعِشَاءَ فَصَلاھَا کَذِلِکَ أَیْضًا، قَالَ: وَذَلِکَ قَبْلَ أَنْ یَنْزِلَ فِی صَلاۃِ الْخَوْفِ:((فَرِجَالا أَوْ رُکْبَانٍا)۔ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الشَّانِی مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ، وَالثَّالِتَ مِنْ کِتَابِ اسْئِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَۃِ

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللہِ الصُّنَا بِحِیِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((إِنَّ الشَّمْسَ تَطْلُعُ وَمَعَھَا قَرْنُ الشَّیْطَانِ، فَإِذَا ارْتَفَعَتْ فَارَقَھَا، فَإِذَا اسْتَوَتْ قَارَنَھَا، فَإِذَا زَالَتْ فَارَقَھَا، فَإِذَا دَنَتْ لِلْغُرُوبِ قَارَنَھَا، فَإِذَا غَرَبَتْ فَارَقَھَا))، وَنَھَی رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الصَّلاۃِ فِی تِلْکَ السَّاعَاتِ

عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ مُصْبٍ، عَنْ أَنَّ طَاوُسًا أَخْبَرَہُ أَنَہُ سَأَلَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ الرَّکْعَتَیْنِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ؟ فَمَھَاہُ عَنْھُمَا، قَالَ طَاوُسٌ، فَقُلْتُ: مَا أَدَعُھَمَا! فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ:((وَمَاکَانَ لِمُؤْمِنِ وَلا مُؤْمِنَۃٍ إِذَاقَضَی اللہُ وَرَسُولُہُ أَمْرًا) أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِی مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ، وَھِیَ أَوَلُ مَافِیہِ وَالرَّبِعَ مِنْ کِتَابِ إِیجَابِ الْجُمُعَہِ وَالْخَامِسَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الرِّسَالَۃِ

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَلَمَۃَ بْنَ عَبدِالرَّحْمَنِ، یَقُولُ: قَدِمَ مُعَاوِیَۃُ أَبِی سُفْیَانَ الْمَدِینَۃَ، فَبَیْنَا ھُوَ عَلَی الْمِنْبَرِ إِذْ قَالَ: یَا کَثِیرُ بْنَ الصَّلْتِ، اذْھَبْ إِلَی عَائِشَۃَ فَسَلْھَا عَنْ صَلاۃِ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ، قَالَ أَبُو سَلَمَۃَ:فَذَھَبْتُ مَعَہُ إِلَی عَائِشَۃَ، وَیَعَثَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ عَبْدَ اللہِ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ نَوْفَلِ مَعَنَا، فَأَتَی عَائِشَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا فَسَأَلَھَا عَنْ ذَلِکَ، فَقَالَتْ لَہُ: اذْھَبْ فَسَل أُمَّ سَلَمَۃَ، فَذَھَبْتُ مَعَہُ إِلَی أُمِّ سَلَمَۃَ فَسَأَلَھَا قَالَتْ أَمُّ سَلَمَۃَ:دَخَلَ عَلَیَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَاتَ یَوْمِ بَعْدَالْعَصْرِ، فَصَلَّی عِنْدِی رَکْعَتَیْنِ لَمْ أَکُنْ أَرَاہُ یُصَلِّھِمَا،فَقَالَ:((إِنِّی کُنْتُ أُصَلَی رَکْعَتَیْنِ بَعْدَ الظُّھْرِ، وَإِنَّہُ قَدِمَ عَلَیَّ وَفْدُ بَنِی تَمِیمٍ أَوْ صَدَقَۃٌ فَشَغَلُونِی عَنْھُمَا فَھُمَا ھَاتَانِ الرَّکْعَتَانِ))

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَلَمَۃَ، قَالَ: قَدِمَ مُعَاوِیَۃُ الْمَدِینَۃَ فَبَیْنَا ھُوَ عَلَی الْمِنْبَرِ إِذْ قَال:یَا کَثِیرُ بْنَ الصَّلْتِ، اذْھَبْ إِلَی عَائِشَۃَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ فَسَلْھَا عَنْ صَلاۃِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ الرَّکْعَتَیْنِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ، قَالَ أَبُو سَلَمَۃَ:فَذَھَبَ مَعَہُ، وَیَعَثَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ عَبْدَ اللہِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ نَوْفَلِ مَعَنَا۔ فَقَالَ:اذْھَبْ وَاسْمَعْ مَا تَقُولُ أُمُّ الْمُؤْمِنِینِ۔ قَالَ: فَجَاءَ ھَا فَسأَلَھَا، فَقَالَتْ لَہُ عَائِشَۃُ: لا عِلْمَ لِی وَلَکِنِ اذْھَبْ إِلَی أُمِّ سَلَمَۃَ فَسَلْھَا۔ قَالَ: فَذَھَبْتُ مَعَہُ إِلَی أُمِّ سَلَمَۃَ فَقَالَتْ: دَخَلَ عَلَیَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَاتَ یَوْمِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ، فَصَلَّی عِبْدِی رَکْعَتَیْنِ لَمْ أَکُنْ أَرَاہُ یُصَلِّھِمَا۔ فَقُلْتُ:یَا رَسُولَ اللہِ، لَقَدْ صَلَّیْتَ صَلاۃً لَمْ أَکُنْ أَرَاکَ تُصَلِّیھِمَا۔ فَقَالَ:((إِنِّی کُنْتُ أُصَلِّی الرَّکْعَتَینِ بَعْدَ الظُّھْرِ، وَإِنَّہُ قَدِمَ عَلَیَّ وَفْدُ بَنِی تَمِیمٍ أَوْ صَدَقَۃٌ فَشَغَلُونِی عَنْھُمَا، فَھُمَا ھَاتَان الرَّکْعَتَان))۔أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْعِئدَیْنِ وَالشَّانِیَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الشَّانِی مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِِ

عَنِ ابْنِ قَیْسٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاھِیمَ التَّیْمِیِّ، عَنْ جَدِّہ قَیْسٍ، قَالَ:رَآنِی رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنَا أُصَلِّی رَکْعَتَیْنِ بَعْدَالصُّبْح، فَقَالَ:((مَاھَاتَان الرَّکْعَتَانِ یَا قَیْسُ؟)) فَقُلْتُ:إَنِّی لَمْ أَکُمْ صَلَّیْتُ رَکْعَتَی الْفَجْرِ، فَسَکَتَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ۔أَخْرَجَہُ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِی مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ

عَنْ جُبَیْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ:أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((یَابَنِی عَبْدِمَنَافِ، مَنْ وَلِیَ مِنْکُمْ مِنْ أَمْرِ النَّاسِ شَیْئًا ، فَلا یَمْنَعَنَّ أَحَدًا طَافَ بِھَذا الْبَیْتِ وَصَلَّی أَیَّ سَاعَۃٍ شَاءَ مِنْ لَیْلِ أَوْنَھَارٍ))
