حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَّتَ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً مُهَلُّ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ مِنْ ذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ وَأَهْلِ الشَّامِ مِنْ الْجُحْفَةِ وَأَهْلِ نَجْدٍ مِنْ قَرْنٍ قَالَ وَذُكِرَ لِي وَلَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ وَيُهِلُّ أَهْلُ الْيَمَنِ مِنْ يَلَمْلَمَ
It was narrated from Saalim, from his father that the Prophet (PBUH) defined the miqaats and on one occasion he said: "The miqaat for the people of Madeenah is Dhu'l-Hulayfah, the miqaat for the people of Syria is al-Juhfah and the miqaat for the people of Najd is Qam. And I was told, although I did not hear it, (that he said): "And the miqaat for the people of Yemen is Yalamlam."
