حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا اسْتَأْذَنَتْ أَحَدَكُمْ امْرَأَتُهُ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَلَا يَمْنَعْهَا
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 4556
It was narrated from Saalim, from his father, from the prophet (PBUH): "If the wife of one of you asks for permission to go to the mosque, let him not prevent her from doing so."
