Musnad Imam Ahmad Bin Hanble

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَخَرَّ رَجُلٌ عَنْ بَعِيرِهِ فَوُقِصَ فَمَاتَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ غَسِّلُوهُ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ وَادْفِنُوهُ فِي ثَوْبَيْهِ وَلَا تُخَمِّرُوا رَأْسَهُ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَبْعَثُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُهِلًّا وَقَالَ مَرَّةً يُهِلُّ

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said: We were with the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and a man fell from his camel and broke his neck, and he died when he was in ihram . The Messenger of Allah (PBUH)said: "Wash him with water and lotus leaves, and bury him in his two garments, but do not cover his head, for Allah will resurrect him on the Day of Resurrection reciting the Talbiyah.”

مَرَّةً يُهِلُّ ← بعيره فوقص فمات وهو محرم ← کُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللہِ فَخَرَّ رَجُلٌ ← ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ← سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ← عَمْرٍو، ← سُفْيَانَ،

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ أَبِي حُرَّةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَلَا تُقَرِّبُوهُ طِيبًا

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said: We were with the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and a man fell from his camel and broke his neck, and he died when he was in ihram . ابن عباس: "ولا تقربوه طيبا" ← سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ← إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ أَبِي حُرَّةَ، ← سُفْيَانَ،

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَمَا جَعَلْنَا الرُّؤْيَا الَّتِي أَرَيْنَاكَ إِلَّا فِتْنَةً لِلنَّاسِ قَالَ هِيَ رُؤْيَا عَيْنٍ رَآهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْلَةَ أُسْرِيَ بِهِ

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas concerning the words of Allah, "And We made not the vision which we showed you (O Muhammad as an actual eye- witness and not as a dream on the night of Al-Isrd') but a trial for mankind" [al-Isra' 17:60] / that he [fo said: It is something that the Prophet (jM) saw with his own eyes on the night on which he was taken on the Night Journey (lsra).

«هِيَ رُؤْيَا عَيْنٍ رَآهَا النَّبِيِّ لَيْلَةَ أُسْرِيَ بِهِ» ← ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَمَا جَعَلْنَا الرُّؤْيَا الَّتِي أَرَيْنَاكَ إِلَّا فِتْنَةً لِلنَّاسِ ← عِكْرِمَةَ، ← عَمْرٍو، ← سُفْيَانَ،

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ يَقُولُ مَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ نَعْلَيْنِ فَلْيَلْبَسْ خُفَّيْنِ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ إِزَارًا فَلْيَلْبَسْ سَرَاوِيلَ

It was narrated that Ibn if 'Abbas said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said - and on one occasion he said: I heard the Prophet (PBUH) deliver a speech and say "Who- wear khuffain (leather slippers), and whoever cannot find an izar ’(waist wrapper), let him wear Pants”.

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ← جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، ← عَمْرٍو، ← سُفْيَانَ،

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ عَمْرٌو أَخْبَرَنِي جَابِرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثَمَانِيًا جَمِيعًا وَسَبْعًا جَمِيعًا قَالَ قُلْتُ لَهُ يَا أَبَا الشَّعْثَاءِ أَظُنُّهُ أَخَّرَ الظُّهْرَ وَعَجَّلَ الْعَصْرَ وَأَخَّرَ الْمَغْرِبَ وَعَجَّلَ الْعِشَاءَ قَالَ وَأَنَا أَظُنَّ ذَلِكَ

Jabir bin Zaid narrated that he heard Ibn 'Abbas say: Iprayed with the rophet (PBUH)tnat ne neara ion ad Das say prayed with the Prophet (PBUH)eight (rak'ahs) together and seven (rak'ahs) together. I [the narrator] said: O Abush-Sha'tha', I think he delayed Zuhr and hastened 'Asr and he delayed Maghrib and hastened TsfaT. He said: I think so too.

جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، ← عَمْرٍو، ← سُفْيَانَ،

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ عَمْرٌو قَالَ أَبُو الشَّعْثَاءِ مَنْ هِيَ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَقُولُونَ مَيْمُونَةُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَكَحَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ

'Amr said: Abush-Sha'tha' said: Who is she? I said: They say she is Maimoonah. He said: Ibn 'Abbas told me that the Prophet (PBUH) married Maimoonah when he j , was in ihram.

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ← قُلْتُ يَقُولُونَ مَيْمُونَةُ ← أَبُو الشَّعْثَاءِ مَنْ هِيَ ← عَمْرٍو، ← سُفْيَانَ،

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَا مِمَّنْ قَدَّمَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْلَةَ الْمُزْدَلِفَةِ فِي ضَعَفَةِ أَهْلِهِ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدَّمَ ضَعَفَةَ أَهْلِهِ

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that he said: I was one of those whom the Prophet (PBUH) sent on ahead on the night of Muzdalifah with the weak ones among his family. And on one occasion he said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) sent on ahead the weak ones among his family.

مِمَّنْ قَدَّمَ النَّبِيُّ لَيْلَةَ الْمُزْدَلِفَةِ فِي ضَعَفَةِ أَهْلِهِ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً ← ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ← عَطَاءٍ، ← عَمْرٍو، ← سُفْيَانَ،

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِنَّمَا رَمَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَوْلَ الْكَعْبَةِ لِيُرِيَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ قُوَّتَهُ

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) only trotted (rami) around the i Ka'bah in order to show the mushrikeen his strength.

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِنَّمَا رَمَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ حَوْلَ الْكَعْبَةِ لِيُرِيَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ قُوَّتَهُ ← عَطَاءٍ، ← عَمْرٍو، ← سُفْيَانَ،

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ عَمْرٌو أَوَّلًا فَحَفِظْنَا عَنْ طَاوُسٍ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً أَخْبَرَنِي طَاوُسٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ احْتَجَمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ قَالَ أَبِي وَقَدْ حَدَّثَنَاهُ سُفْيَانُ وَقَالَ عَمْرٌو عَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَطَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ احْتَجَمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Prophet (PBUH) was treated with cupping when he was in ihram .

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ← طَاوْسٍ ← طَاوُسٍ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً ← عَمْرٌو أَوَّلًا فَحَفِظْنَا ← سُفْيَانَ،

وَقَدْ حَدَّثَنَاهُ سُفْيَانُ وَقَالَ عَمْرٌو عَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَطَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ احْتَجَمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Prophet (PBUH) was treated with cupping when he was in ihram .

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ← عَطَاءٍ وَطَاوُسٍ ← سُفْيَانُ وَقَالَ عَمْرٌو ← وقد

و قَالَ سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلَا يَمْسَحْ يَدَهُ حَتَّى يَلْعَقَهَا أَوْ يُلْعِقَهَا

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Prophet (PBUH) said; "When one of you eats, let him not wipe his hand until he has licked it or it is licked for him."

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ← عَطَاءٍ، ← عَمْرٍو، ← سُفْيَانَ، ← و،

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْیَان عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ لَیْسَ الْمُحَصَّبُ بِشَیْءٍ إِنَّمَا ھُوَ مَنْزِلٔ نَزَلَہُ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said; Al-Muhassab is not of any significance; it is just a place where the Messenger of Allah halted.

لَيْسَ الْمُحَصَّبُ بِشَيْءٍ إِنَّمَا هُوَ مَنْزِلٌ نَزَلَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ← ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ← عَطَاءٍ، ← عَمْرٍو، ← سُفْيَانَ،
