140 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الصِّحَافُ، وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَا: ثَنَا [ص:176] أُسَيْدُ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو رَبِيعَةَ، ثَنَا مُبَارَكُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَيْسَ شَيْءٌ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفٍ مِثْلِهِ إِلَّا الْإِنْسَانُ، وَعُمَرُ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفٍ مِثْلِهِ»

141 - رَوَى مَرْوَانُ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ خُبَيْبِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ [ص:177]، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، عَنْ خُبَيْبِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ لَنَا: «إِنِّي لَا أَجِدُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ صِنْفًا الدَّابَّةُ الْوَاحِدَةُ مِنْهُ خَيْرٌ مِنْ مِائَةِ دَابَّةٍ مِنْ صَوَاحِبِهِ غَيْرَ الرِّجَالِ، أَجِدُ الرَّجُلَ هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ مِائَةِ رَجُلٍ»

He, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “War is deception.”3. He, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “News is not like seeing.”4.
