39 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ بْنِ الْهَيْثَمِ الْقَطَّانُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ [ص:269] الْمُنْذِرِ الْحِزَامِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُهَاجِرِ بْنِ مِسْمَارٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ،. . . ذَكْوَانُ، عَنْ مَوْلَى الْحُرَقَةِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قَرَأَ: طه، وَيس، قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْلُقَ آدَمَ بِأَلْفِ عَامٍ، فَلَمَّا سَمِعَتِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ الْقُرْآنَ قَالُوا: طُوبَى لِأَجْوَافٍ تَحْمِلُ هَذَا، وَطُوبَى لِأُمَّةٍ يَنْزِلُ [ص:270] عَلَيْهَا هَذَا، طُوبَى لِأَلْسُنٍ تَكَلَّمُ بِهَذَا "

40 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلُ الْأَدَمِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا السَّرِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ [ص:271] حُدَيْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عِكْرِمَةُ، مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: كُنَّا مَعَ ابْنٍ عَبَّاسٍ فِي جَنَازَةٍ، فَسَمِعَ رَجُلًا، يَقُولُ: يَا رَبَّ الْقُرْآنِ ارْحَمْ فُلَانًا، فَقَالَ لَهُ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: «أَلَا تَتَّقِي اللَّهَ، الْقُرْآنُ كَلَامُ اللَّهِ»

41 - حَدَّثَنَا الْقَاضِي الْمَحَامِلِيُّ، وَأَبُو طَلْحَةَ الْفَزَارِيُّ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا [ص:272] مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْأَزْدِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ نِيَارِ بْنِ مُكْرَمٍ [ص:273] الْأَسْلَمِيِّ، وَكَانَتْ لَهُ صُحْبَةٌ، قَالَ: لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ: الم غُلِبَتِ الرُّومُ قَالَتْ قُرَيْشٌ لِأَبِي بَكْرٍ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ: يَا ابْنَ أَبِي قُحَافَةَ، لَعَلَّ هَذَا مِنْ كَلَامِ صَاحِبِكَ؟ قَالَ: «لَا، وَلَكِنَّهُ كَلَامُ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ»

42 - كَتَبَ لِي أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي حَاتِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ، أَجَازَنِي الرِّوَايَةَ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْمِصْرِيُّ، فِي أَوَّلِ لِقَاءٍ لَقِيتُهُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الْجَامِعِ، فَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ هَذِهِ الْحِكَايَةِ، وَذَلِكَ أَنِّي كَتَبْتُهَا عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْهُ قَبْلَ خُرُوجِي إِلَى مِصْرَ، فحَدَّثَنِي الرَّبِيعُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الشَّافِعِيَّ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ حَلَفَ بِاسْمٍ مِنْ أَسْمَاءِ اللَّهِ فَحَنِثَ فَعَلَيْهِ الْكَفَّارَةُ، لِأَنَّ اسْمَ اللَّهِ غَيْرُ مَخْلُوقٍ، وَمَنْ حَلَفَ بِالْكَعْبَةِ أَوْ بِالصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ، فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ الْكَفَّارَةُ، لِأَنَّهُ مَخْلُوقٌ، وَذَاكَ غَيْرُ مَخْلُوقٍ». [ص:275] قَالَ الشَّيْخُ: وَمِمَّا يُحْتَجُّ بِهِ عَلَى الْجَهْمِيِّ الْخَبِيثِ الْمُلْحِدِ أَنْ يُقَالَ لَهُ: هَلْ تَعْلَمُ شَيْئًا مَخْلُوقًا لَا يَجُوزُ أَنْ يَمَسَّهُ إِلَّا طَاهِرٌ طَهَارَةً تَجُوزُ لَهُ بِهَا الصَّلَاةُ؟ فَلَوْلَا مَا شَرَّفَ اللَّهُ بِهِ الْقُرْآنَ، وَأَنَّهُ كَلَامُهُ، وَخَرَجَ مِنْهُ، لَجَازَ أَنْ يَمَسَّهُ الطَّاهِرُ وَغَيْرُ الطَّاهِرِ، وَلَكِنَّهُ غَيْرُ مَخْلُوقٍ، فَمِنْ ثَمَّ حَظَرَ أَنْ يَمَسَّ الْمُصْحَفَ أَوْ مَا كَانَ فِيهِ مَكْتُوبٌ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ إِلَّا طَاهِرٌ، فَقَالَ تَعَالَى: {لَا يَمَسُّهُ إِلَّا الْمُطَهَّرُونَ} [الواقعة: 79]
