Abu Hurayrah's narrations reach us through a vast network of teachers and students. He learned directly from the Prophet ﷺ and from senior companions, and in turn became the teacher of hundreds of Tabi'un — the generation whose preservation of his narrations forms the backbone of the major Hadith collections.

Abu Hurayrah learned directly from the Prophet ﷺ during his three years of close companionship, and supplemented his knowledge by studying with senior Sahaba in Madinah.

إذا أراد الرجل
ولد أم الولد من غير سيدها إذا
تُوُفِّيَ
النفل
جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ إلَى الأَسْوَدِ
كانوا يكرهون
ينبغي لمن لم يحزن
أفطر عمر بن الخطاب وأصحابه في يوم غيم, ظنوا
لا يحل للعبد
لا يصلح للعبد
إذا أسلم الرجل قبل
تعتد المتوفى عنها زوجها من يوم مات عنها زوجها, والمطلقة من يوم طلقها.
إذا شهدوا
أتي أبو مسعود الأنصاري بسارق
خَرَجَ عَلَى النَّاسِ بَعْثٌ زَمَنَ الْحَجَّاجِ فَخَرَجَ فِيهِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَن بْنُ يَزِيدَ.
رَجُلٌ لِعَلْقَمَةَ: أَمُؤْمِنٌ أَنْتَ؟
إذا قبل الرجل أم امرأته أو لمسها من شهوة حرمت عليه امرأته.
