Abu Hurayrah learned directly from the Prophet ﷺ during his three years of close companionship, and supplemented his knowledge by studying with senior Sahaba in Madinah.
بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ، فَقُلْتُ:
«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ
جئت النبي برأس مرحب ورواه صالح بن أحمد
لا بأس بطعام المجوس إنما نهي
كل الطلاق جائز إلا طلاق المعتوه وروينا
أَصَبْتُ جَارِيَةً مِنَ السَّبْيِ مَعَهَا ابْنٌ لَهَا، فَأَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَبِيعَهَا وَأُمْسِكَ ابْنَهَا
إِذَا سَمِعْتُمْ بِى أُحَدِّثُ
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ إذَا افْتَتَحَ الصَّلاَةَ كَبَّرَ ثُمَّ
إذَا أَرَدْتَ
لقد خطبت فاطمة بنت النبي
احتجم النبي وأمرني فأعطيت الحجام أجره وهذا أولى واشبه بما مضى مما روي
وَهْبَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ غُلَامَيْنِ أَخَوَيْنِ فَبِعْتُ أَحَدَهُمَا
كنت رجلا مذاء فسألت النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم
كان النبي إذا كان العشر الاواخر من رمضان شمرالمئز رواعتزل النساء

أَتَيْتُ النَّبِىَّ فَقُلْتُ إِنَّ عَمَّكَ الشَّيْخُ الضَّالُّ قَدْ مَاتَ يَعْنِى أَبَاهُ

يُؤَجَّلُ الْعِنِّينَ سَنَةً فَإِنْ وَصَلَ وَإِلا فُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا. أَنْبَأَنِيهِ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ
كُنْتُ أُحِبُّ
أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ فَقُلْتُ:
الْقَطْعُ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا.
إِسْمَعِيلُ
كُنْتُُ إذَا
شَرْطُ اللهِ قَبْلَ شَرْطِهَا.
وَفِي السِّنِّ خَمْسٌ
أمرنا رسول الله
بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِذَا سُئِلَ
