Abu Hurayrah learned directly from the Prophet ﷺ during his three years of close companionship, and supplemented his knowledge by studying with senior Sahaba in Madinah.
سَعِيدٌ،
أَوَإِنَّكُمْ تَفْعَلُونَ
لا عليكم
الْحُرَّةِ إلاَّ بِإِذْنِهَا.
اَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِکٍ،
أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍيَقُولُ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ وَسَأَلَ
وَمَا ذَاكُمْ؟
«هُوَ الْوَأْدُ الْخَفِيُّ» قَدِ اتَّفَقَ الشَّيْخَانِ عَلَى إِخْرَاجِ حَدِيثِ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ
إِنَّكُمْ قَدْ أَكْثَرْتُمْ، فَإِنْ كَانَ
أَبُو سَعِيدٍ: أَسَرْنَا نِسَاءَ بَنِي الْمُصْطَلِقِ فَأَرَدْنَا أَنْ نَعْزِلَ،
إن اليهود تزعم أن العزل هي الموءودة الصغرى
كان ابن عمر يكرهه
«أَوْ إِنَّكُمْ لَتَفْعَلُونَ؟»
نِسَاءٍ أَصَبْنَاهُنَّ
إن اليهود تزعم أن العزل هي الموؤدة الصغرى
أَوَإِنَّكُمْ لَتَفْعَلُونَ؟
«مَا يُقَدَّرْ فِي الرَّحِمِ يَكُنْ»
«أُؤَجِّلُكُمْ أَنْ تَسْأَلُوا»
نساؤكم حرث لكم
فَذَكَرَهُ.
الْحرَّة إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهَا ثمَّ أتبعه أَنه إِنَّمَا انْفَرد بِهِ إِسْحَاق الطباع،
فَقَالَ قَدْ كُنَّا نَصْنَعُهُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ
الْمَرْأَةِ، وَالْأَمَةِ،؟ فَقَالَ:
لا عليكم الا تفعلوا فإنما هو القدر
قَدْ أَكْثَرْتُمْ فِيهِ. فَإِنْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ
إِنَّ [ص:103] امْرَأَتِي تُرْضِعُ
أَسَرْنَا بَنِي الْمُصْطَلِقِ، فَأَرَدْنَا أَنْ نَعْزِلَ،
إن اليهود تزعم أنها الموءدة الصغرى
«قَدْ أَجَّلْتُكُمْ فِيهَا عَشْرًا»
هو الوأد الخفي" رواه مسلم في صحيحه، تحت الكتاب والباب السابق-2/
أَسَرْنَا كَرَائِمَ الْعَرَبِ أَسَرْنَا نِسَاءَ بَنِي الْمُصْطَلِقِ فَأَرَدْنَا الْعَزْلَ وَرَغِبْنَا فِي الْفِدَاءِ
