حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَوْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ عَطَائٍ مَوْلَی أَبِي أَحْمَدَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَعَلَّمُوا الْقُرْآنَ وَاقْرَئُوهُ وَارْقُدُوا فَإِنَّ مَثَلَ الْقُرْآنِ وَمَنْ تَعَلَّمَهُ فَقَامَ بِهِ کَمَثَلِ جِرَابٍ مَحْشُوٍّ مِسْکًا يَفُوحُ رِيحُهُ کُلَّ مَکَانٍ وَمَثَلُ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَهُ فَرَقَدَ وَهُوَ فِي جَوْفِهِ کَمَثَلِ جِرَابٍ أُوکِيَ عَلَی مِسْکٍ
ابن ماجہ · Hadith 217
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: “The Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H said: ‘Learn the Qur’ân, recite it and go to bed, for the eness of the Qur’an and the one ‘ho learns it and acts upon it is of a sack filled with musk, hich spreads its fragrance everywhere. And the likeness of one who learns it then goes to bed with it in his heart is that of a sack that is tied up from which no fragrance comes out.” (Hasan)
