حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو کُرَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَکِيعٌ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ أَوَّلَ مَا يُقْضَی بَيْنَ الْعِبَادِ فِي الدِّمَائِ

جامع ترمذی · Hadith 1397

Abdullah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Indeed the first cases to be judged between the worshippers are those of bloodshed.
