حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ أَوَّلَ مَا يُحْکَمُ بَيْنَ الْعِبَادِ فِي الدِّمَائِ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَی حَدِيثُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَهَکَذَا رَوَی غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ مَرْفُوعًا وَرَوَی بَعْضُهُمْ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعُوهُ

Narrated 'Abdullah: that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Indeed the first cases to be judged between the people are those of bloodshed.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو کُرَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَکِيعٌ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ أَوَّلَ مَا يُقْضَی بَيْنَ الْعِبَادِ فِي الدِّمَائِ

Abdullah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Indeed the first cases to be judged between the worshippers are those of bloodshed.

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَی عَنْ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ الرَّقَاشِيِّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْحَکَمِ الْبَجَلِيُّ قَال سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ وَأَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَذْکُرَانِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ أَهْلَ السَّمَائِ وَأَهْلَ الْأَرْضِ اشْتَرَکُوا فِي دَمِ مُؤْمِنٍ لَأَکَبَّهُمْ اللَّهُ فِي النَّارِ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَی هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ وَأَبُو الْحَکَمِ الْبَجَلِيُّ هُوَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي نُعْمٍ الْکُوفِيُّ

Narrated Abul-Hakam Al-Bajali: I heard Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri and Abu Hurairah mentioning from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) that he said: 'If the inhabitants of the heavens and the inhabitants of the earth all took part in shedding the blood of believer, then Allah would cast them (all) in the Fire.

أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ وَأَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَذْکُرَانِ ← أَبُو الْحَکَمِ الْبَجَلِيُّ ← يَزِيدُ الرَّقَاشِيُّ ← الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ ← الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى ← الْحُسَیْنُ بْنُ حُرَیْثٍ
