353 - حدثنا بكر بن سهل الدمياطي ثنا عبد الله بن صالح حدثني الليث حدثني هشام بن سعد بن زيد بن المهاجر أنه أخبره عاصم بن عبيد الله بن عاصم عن جده عاصم بن عمر أنه سمع سعيد بن زيد بن عمرو بن نفيل يقول : سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم يقول Y ( من قاتل دون ماله حتى يقتل فهو شهيد )
