أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ أَنَّهُ لَمَّا وُجِدَ الْکِتَابُ الَّذِي عِنْدَ آلِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ الَّذِي ذَکَرُوا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَتَبَ لَهُمْ وَجَدُوا فِيهِ وَفِيمَا هُنَالِکَ مِنْ الْأَصَابِعِ عَشْرًا عَشْرًا
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4861
It was narrated from Saeed bin Al-Musayyab that when the letter was found that was with the family of ‘Amr bin Hazm, which they said the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم g had written to them, they found in it, with regard to fingers, that the Diyah was ten (camels) for each. (Sahih).
