أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصَفَّی قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ تَطَبَّبَ وَلَمْ يُعْلَمْ مِنْهُ طِبٌّ قَبْلَ ذَلِکَ فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4845
It was narrated from ‘Amr bin Shuaib, from his father, that his grandfather said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said:‘Whoever practices medicine when he is not known for that, he is liable.” (Da’if)
