أَخْبَرَنَا عُمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَی وَذَکَرَ کَلِمَةً مَعْنَاهَا عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَقْلُ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ نِصْفُ عَقْلِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَهُمْ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَی
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4821
It was narrated from ‘Amr bin Shuaib, from his father, that his grandfather said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: ‘The blood money for Ahi Adh Dhimmah is half that of the blood money for the Muslims, and they are the Jews and Christians.” (Hasan)
