أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ فِي حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَکِ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عَطَائٍ عَنْ ابْنِ يَعْلَی عَنْ أَبِيهِ بِمِثْلِ الَّذِي عَضَّ فَنَدَرَتْ ثَنِيَّتُهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا دِيَةَ لَکَ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4785
A similar report to that of the one who bit (another man) and his front tooth fell out was narrated from Ibn Ya’la from his father, in which the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “There is no Diyah for you.” (Sahih)
