حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَۃُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْاَحْوَلِ قَالَ سَمَعْتُ أَبَا عُثْمَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَعْدًا وَھُوَ أَوَّلُ مَنْ رَمَی بِسَھْمٍ فِی سَبِیلِ اللہِ وَأَبَا بَکْرَۃَ تَسَوَّرَ حِصْنَ الطَّائفِ فِی نَاسٍ فَجَاءَ إِلَی النَّبِیَّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَا سَمِعْنَا النَّبِیَّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ وَھُوَ یَقُولُ مَنْ ادَّعَی إِلَی أَبٍ غَیْرِ أَبِیہِ وَھُوَ یَعْلَمُ أَنَّہُ غَیْرُ أَبِیہِ فَالْجَنَّۃُ عَلَیْہِ حَرَامٌ

It was narrated that 'Asim al-Ahwal said: I heard Abu 'Usman say: I heard Saad - who was the first one to shoot an arrow for the sake of Allah - and Abu Bakrah - who climbed the wall of the fortress of at-Ta'if with other people then came to the Prophet (PBUH) - say; We heard the Prophet (PBUH) say: "Whoever claims to belong to a father other than his father, knowing that he is not his father. Paradise will be forbidden to him."
