It was narrated that Abu Salamnh said: Two men from Yemen came to stay with Talha bin 'Ubaidullah. One of them was killed with the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and the other remained for a year after that, then he died in his bed. Talha bin 'Ubaidullah was shown [in a dream] that the one who died in his bed entered Paradise some time before the other. Talha mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah (PBUH), and the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "How long did he live after (the one who died first)?" He said: One year. The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "He offered eighteen hundred (extra) prayers and fasted Ramadan."
