حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ خَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِحَاجَةٍ لَهُ فَقَالَ ائْتِنِي بِشَيْءٍ أَسْتَنْجِي بِهِ وَلَا تُقْرِبْنِي حَائِلًا وَلَا رَجِيعًا ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُهُ بِمَاءٍ فَتَوَضَّأَ ثُمَّ قَامَ فَصَلَّى فَحَنَا ثُمَّ طَبَّقَ يَدَيْهِ حِينَ رَكَعَ وَجَعَلَهُمَا بَيْنَ فَخِذَيْهِ
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 4053
It was narrated that 'Abdullah said: The Prophet went out to relieve himself, then he said: "Bring me something to clean myself with, but do not bring me any old bone or dung." Then I brought him some water and he did wudoo', then he stood and prayed, then he leaned forward and put his hands together when he bowed and placed them between his thighs.
